Extremely Bad Customer Service with a person named Harry. Do not deal with this person. Not professional or courteous with assisting business related enquiries. Requested a call back from Management and still have not heard back. Would not recommend them at all and have since requested to switch providers for better rates and professional service.

Not interested in leaving a review as I found that they were unable to deal with my problem and were not interested in my opinion. I have since moved to another supplier. Look out for the additional charges they dream up and add to you account as this is what I believe this fee to be.
17/2/2022 Since leaving my original review as above the Company replied to me however they did not really address the issue.
The problem is that the fee they charged me, approx $20 per month, to change my meter on my rental premises from the original to a new smart meter they claim was charged by Energex I believe this is not true. I was also not able to establish why the meter needed changing as there didn't appear to be anything wrong with the old one. BlueNRG would not tell me how long this meter fee would apply, refused to find out if there was a completion date for the fee so the end result would be that a smart meter would end up costing me thousands and earn them a nice little profit. My new energy Company does not charge me any fee for this change of meter since I moved to them. BlueNRG told me I would be charged the same fee no matter what Company I went to, not true.

My original assessment said:
I was told (by a "middleperson agent") that I could opt to receive accounts quarterly, but when the contract came it still said monthly -- no explanation or acknowledgement. So I opted out. Circumstances are now changing and we would be open to monthly accounts if the price is still right.
However, Saleha has been in touch with me and has dealt with the issue very well, and now we look forward to becoming a Blue NRG customer.
EXCEPT THAT SHE MADE A NOTE FOR SOMEONE TO RING ME IN LATE JANUARY AND NOBODY DID! Looks like we'll be staying with Origin (yuk!!) or finding another supplier.

Bryan was a pleasure to deal with today.
It was in a friendly manner, and in such an efficient way.

Good service, Price competitive and most important when calling your call centre calls answered promptly. I do not have to wait over half an hour on speaker phone while doing other tasks, to talk to a representative.
