The person lied to me I said I wanted…
The person lied to me I said I wanted to stay with my current company, he said yeah you will we just got you a better rate. So I said ok and then next day I get a contract from a new supplier! I had to call zembl and they had to gain special permission to change me back to my previous supplier! Bad form! Never again

Time efficient Previously the same procedure took ages

I was contacted by Zembl to transfer my Business Gas and Electricity
I was contacted by Zembl to transfer my gas and electricity services to a more competitive provider.
This was achieved however all the details given to the new provider were incorrect.
We transferred both business and residential.
My personal account was sent to our business and the electricity account for the business was not transferred at all.
I have been on the phone to the new provider for 40 minutes rectifying the errors.
