Bought the marvel rivals peni. First a piece is missing off the runner, which how does that even happen? Then a piece that comes already pre cut, WHICH COULD BE MADE WITH TWO PIECES YOU TAKE OUT YOURSELF, is also gone. Can"t actually even finish the model. Some joints are impossibly hard to fit in and take enough force to feel like I am going to break it. Shit quality control and I won't spend my money on this SHIT again. Other than that, decent detail for what you pay for and comes with a light, which is a good bonus.

Misleading marketing and policy

A truly negative experience

Inspired by the ‘no duplicates in the full box’ policy, I bought several boxes at different times

In the last box, I found 4 duplicates (excluding duplicates found in different boxes)

I contacted customer care, providing proof of purchase, photos of the entire box, photos of the STILL SEALED AND DUPLICATE figures, and even a video

They refused to replace them with four of the characters missing from my collection, saying that the factory is free from error because they weigh the items and the processes are automated
It was all to no avail to provide photographic and video evidence and to point out that if they were free from human and machine error, they wouldn’t have a replacement service for missing parts or a customer care team!

They even went so far as to tell me that the shop where I made my purchase wasn’t an official retailer (one of the UK’s largest chains, which appears on the list of official retailers) or that I shouldn’t buy in-store, but should buy directly from them

Disappointed by the misleading advertising and marketing, and the lack of customer care support

An extremely negative experience

They are a terrible company and I honestly don't know how it is legal. They make their money selling blind boxes via 3rd party and leave parts out all of the time. Their customer service refuses to replace parts that they are responsible for even though it's an unopened blind box. They could put acorns in a blind box, sell it to the distributor, and then blame the missing parts on the distributor. Disgusting company.

I bought a Deadpool and a Marvel Rivals Venom the other day and both came with missing parts and broke while building due to some parts not being small/big enough for the other part whic is needed to build the actual limbs. My Deadpool now has 1 good arm, 1 broken arm, and 2 broken legs, and a half-built torso because of how hard it is to actually assemble it and the broken parts. My Venom's Left Thigh parts didnt connect with eachother at all after 3 hours of trying and his Right shoulder is loose.
Im sure this is all a packaging mistake and that there are people out there with good blokees figures but I am upset as Venom and Deadpool costed me £35 each and I cant even display them with my other marvel characters.

These things are cool but suck, Really? There insanely small and impossible to pose AND when posing know a piece, or multiple pieces will fall off. Also im not sure who designed these? These faces are HORRIBLE. Never buy these, safe up for a real figure.

My son purchased 2 of the blokees toys with his birthday gift vouchers.

The website states they are only permitting one replacement item per purchase.

The batman beyond toy wing joints broke (both of them) from trying to remove the wings. We requested a replacement and they only sent one replacement. To make matters worse, it wasn't even the correct part. We have requested them to send the correct part, and still pending a response. We were hoping they would send 2 given it seems to be a frequent issue with that part of the toy. Will update when we get a response.

The venom marvel rivals toy - one of the back legs broke from trying to articulate it whilst posing it to face a different direction. It snapped clean off. We received a replacement part for this. A few days later, the arm also snapped from trying to articulate it upwards to pose it. We wrote to explain the above and they refused to send a replacement part.

Theses toys are advertised to be fully movable, but from the issues we have had, there appears to be a design fault and are more suited to be completely immovable to avoid breakage.

I wouldn't recommend.

A brand new model kit came with missing parts out of he box. Poor quality control. Just a heads-up for everyone, their support team won't help you if you did not purchase via Amazon or from them directly, even if you show proof of purchase.

The product and the expedited delivery

Expérience catastrophique. Les jouets reçus sont incomplets, avec des pièces manquantes, ce qui les rend inutilisables. Vendre des produits dans cet état est totalement inacceptable.

Mais le pire reste l’absence totale de service client : aucune réponse à mes messages, aucun suivi, aucun moyen d’obtenir une solution ou un remboursement. Une fois la commande payée, vous êtes simplement abandonné.

Cette entreprise ne semble assumer ni la qualité de ses produits ni ses obligations envers ses clients. Je déconseille formellement d’acheter chez eux.
Ils prennent bien l'argent des européens mais pour renvoyer les pieces là ça ne se fait pas, du made in china avec la nonchalance et fainéantise US.

The best thing is the bayverse classic classes, I've never seen a bayverse figure that's so design wise. This company is great with multiple versions like bayverse, G1 and beast wars. I would suggest to every transformers fan in the world. I suggest this company to make all bayverse deceptions and autobots like starscream and ironhide, I would definitely buy.

Preorders are not shipped first, you may never get it anyways. I have a picture of a FEDEX drivers leg thats supposed to be my package delivery confirmation. ON A SUNDAY I have lived in America for 30 years and mail has never run on sunday.... I do not get it... Somehow its more expensive to order from them directly as well so watch out for that. I do not know how they can improve when it feels like Gambling/fomo is their main schtick.
