added another set of plates and collars to my order from last week turned up the day after as promised
thanks guys

Order 3 items with 2-3 day postage. 2 arrived 9 days later. 1 never showed up. It's been over 3 weeks now. Zero updates or communication from the company.
Prices seem a little lower than some other online retailers, but not worth saving a couple quid for such awful service.

Placed order on a Friday morning, item advertised as in stock and 1-3 days express delivery…a week later no response from the company whatsoever, sent 3 emails, had to open a PayPal not received case…do NOT order from them- SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF and find a reputable company, AVOID these cowboys

Excellent service.

Might still be great as looked good quality at a decent price but it hasn’t arrived yet and is late!

Update it has now arrived and is good quality. Swift response from the seller when problem identified. Thanks

Had Anthony taking care of me today. Fantastic customer service, just a super nice person to talk to who helped answer any question I had. Would definitely recommend, good prices, good service, just overall good experience.

Great quality and amazing service. Even on a Sunday afternoon they were able to accommodate me 💪🏼👍🏼

Great service, competitive price and goods received 2 days after ordering.

Would use again.

Great buying experience, quality goods and good communication from Seller

Extremely good equipment for a good price, couldn’t recommend more.

Very quick delivery, great barbell at a good price

Placed an order on 16th Aug with delivery promised in 1–3 days. It’s now 31st Aug and I still haven’t received my order. Tracking still shows ‘Advised’, meaning the parcel hasn’t even been collected. I’ve sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and made several phone calls — all ignored, with only one vague response. I’ve also requested a refund and had no reply. Appalling service — avoid this company at all costs.

Really quick delivery!
Product was just what I needed and is good quality

This was my first purchase with Black-bear fitness, and it couldn’t have gone any worse. First purchase lost in transit followed by a refund due to no stock. Waited weeks for stock to arrive and ordered the item again, this time no sign of the item, followed up and was told no stock.
On a positive note, Black bear have compensated me well for the issues, and I await for the item to arrive. Even though this wasn’t a great first experience, black bear have done their upmost to put things right. Soon as my item arrives I will update my review.

The service was excellent and order placed without any issues. The only thing is I am still waiting for it to be delivered and it’s the 4th day now and it says 1-3 working days.

Bought a hip thrust bench. Excellent price for what is essentially a commodity product. Good quality and excellent delivery experience.

Ironically I’m giving a five star review despite not getting the items I ordered!
Sadly, the weight plates I ordered were lost in transit, and are now out of stock, but the team at Black Bear contacted me immediately, were very apologetic and arranged for a refund. Fantastic customer service and I won’t hesitate to order from them in future.

I have purchased 3 large items from black bear in the last week. I don’t think they could have done any more to accommodate me to be honest. Really helpful, fast delivery, good products at a great price. I don’t see why I would shop anywhere else 👍

Well priced good quality kit. Whole process was smooth and Anthony was very helpful in recommending what products we should go for

Great customer service, great advice, great set up, great prices, flexible, knowledgable Can’t fault them. Highly recommended.
