Never received my order and when I contacted customer service, I was told a replacement would be sent and they had emailed me confirmation. They never emailed me. I never received a refund. Terrible experience and I would not recommend. . This company is a scam

Obsessed with this brand
I'm 33 and I have crazy sensitive and naturally dry skin. I've always had a hard time finding skincare products that don't give me a rash (even ones marked safe for sensitive skin) so I was so surprised to find a whole skincare line that's not only safe for my skin but also feels AMAZING. I've been using Biossance products for over two years now and my skin has genuinely never looked this good and hydrated. I swear by the omega repair cream, eye cream and the copper peptide serum, and firm and lift serum! The cleanser is great too! I love using it to remove makeup. Could not recommend these products more

After I was unable to apply my 800+ points to a purchase, I had two chat sessions in which I learned that this is impossible, and that I couldn’t get a refund. If the point feature doesn’t work, tell me one reason that I should keep my online membership.

I love Biossance Serums!
I really love the Squalane+Copper Peptide Plumping Serum and the Squalane+Lactic Acid Serum. I use one in the morning and the other at night. My skin is polished and smooth, pores are refined and lines are greatly diminished.

Please bring back the jar packaging of the Squalane + Probiotic Gel Moisturizer
Love your products, have been using them for years. However, the recent change in the packing of the Squalane + Probiotic Gel Moisturizer is frustrating. I fly through 2 bottles a month, where as the previous jar style would last me 2 months. Also, so much is left at the bottom of the bottle & is so difficult to get out. Because of this, I am looking for an alternative moisturizer. PLEASE go back to the jar packaging.

I use the BIOSSANCE app, which is easily navigable and user-friendly. It could be a little more sophisticated, with font selections, alignment, and colors, but it’s perfectly usable and easy to find what you need!

Never received my order
Never received my order. Was not notified that I wouldn’t receive it. Only after waiting too long I tracked the package and learned that it was deemed undeliverable (same address that I get other packages). Spent too much time in my busy day on a chat that left my issue unresolved. My account was charged when I made the order so Bioassance has my money and I have had no product. As of today 09.23 well over 2 weeks since I ordered there is still no resolution. I was told that I would need to wait until the order is located in the warehouse before it can be resolved. Amazing.
