I took a survey and earned $15 I entered the code “THANKYOU15” and it was rejected! That’s very poor customer service! I was out of the country traveling and may have missed the deadline…it should have been honored.
I will think twice about ordering again. There are a lot of beauty care products on the market!

Discounts and Rewards System
I will start by saying that I absolutely love biossance products and have used them for years. One thing that made my order really great today was a teacher discount that I did not know existed. One bit of feedback that I have is I do not like the new rewards system. It seems that now you are only able to use your rewards as a credit for a future purchase instead of using them right then on your order. Additionally points expire in 30 days. I make larger orders periodically, I don’t order every month. So I’m not able to use my points during my order and I might not need to order anything within 30 days. This sort of defeats the purpose for me. I feel like it was more genuine and user-friendly when you were able to use your points whenever you want. After all, we earned them with our purchases, at least that is the point of a reward system. Other than that great company, great products!

Love Biossance
Love Biossance. I have eczema and it’s the only product I’ve found that doesn’t cause flareups. It provides a fresh clean feel with every use. It’s very trustworthy and I can always have peace knowing I will receive every item I ordered. Every product is a must buy. A little expensive but you can’t put a price on healthy looking skin.

Excellent cruelty free skin care…
Excellent cruelty free skin care products and ordering from your website is easy and user friendly especially when adding a separate shipping address because it's being sent as a gift. So many retailers are not user friendly this way and don't allow for a bill to-ship to option, you have people that know how to design a user friendly mobile ordering experience!
