I would never go out the way to write a review, BUT, for any future customer AVOID BIKEINN and TRADEINN. My experience with an order is taking 2 MONTHS for a supposed delay and they keep side setting on getting a refund. The order was apparently shipped out and then placed in the incorrect sorting office and then returned to the address they indicated to only be a place not their warehouse. There has been ZERO customer support that has been useful at all, and NO CLEAR ACCOMMODATION FOR LOOKING INTO MATTERS OR A REFUND OR NEW ORDER SENT OUT. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE, I'VE READ THIS ACROSS FORUMS. SO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Shocking service. Item never received and no refund! Do Not Use this company!!!

Been on the cycle mechanics course August 2020 at the time was competent at bike repairs just not very good at putting stuff down on paper but did all that was requested and was advised all was ok.I was promised just pays your money almost 2k including expenses etc .. your certificate for the Parts 2 and 3 will be delivered soon ....at the time and probably still guys are reasonable however 2 years down the line I was not remembered by former tutor and my mentor says he forgot I've been trying to contact over the years continually being advised all was okay but eventually gave up... something tells me something is not right be wary I hope not still hopeful this will be sorted.

2 years down the line I don't like giving negative reviews but hopefully someone will listen I have given up on my cycling mechanic idea and moved on .

But feel a bit short changed what would you do.

Reviewed by mistake, thinking they were Bikeinn.com. A company I was very annoyed with as did not list as outside the UK until purchase was complete and order on it’s way.
Got a very pleasant email from Bikeinn.co.uk pointing this out and that if they could, they would help me out in the future. So they getting 5 stars for being so friendly as can’t delete the review.
