I had a query with the quotation l was given to repair my double oven .I contacted customer services and spoke to a young lady by the name of Gemma who was very helpful and offered excellent customer service and with her gentle persuasion we came to an agreement and I did not cancel my contract.,she is an asset to the customer service team which goes a long way in keeping customers happy keep up the good work.

Great customer service
It was a very good experience to talk to an articulate human being with good social skills. After several phone calls that couldnt be finalised, Rosanna remained friendly, patient and helpful talking me through the transaction with ease. She left me with a sense of continuity and confidence in the company.

Policy upgrade
Roseanna was very helpful and clear on the services available. I requested time to discuss the change in policy with my husband and agreed for Roseanna to call me back later, which she did. Everything was put into place over the phone and all the important information explained during the call.
