Excellent service provided and very quick

I've been with them for boiler cover for 2-3 years now. My boiler was due its service in January and I am still waiting. It's been assigned to 3 different engineers now and none of them make contact to arrange the service with me, nor answer the phone or respond to my emails where I've asked for a time and date, being completely flexible myself. Home tree have ignored my past 2 chasers to them after they said they were going to arrange it themselves and let me know the date. My last message said I was making a formal complaint which had absolutely no response. I checked their t&C's and they have covered themselves by saying the service may take place up to 12 months after it is due. Terrible customer service. Will be going elsewhere.

Thoroughly recommend this excellent boiler and plumbing service. Yesterday rang, telephone answered promptly by Rebecca who was so friendly, helpful, positive and efficient. Just what you need when you're a bit stressed. I've needed their services before for a broken valve on a radiator and that was done so efficiently. Really good service.

THey gave me the same price as last year with an added bonus.

Boiler is inspected every year but as these things age things go wrong. The engineer that has been firstly last week to diagnose (part needed ordering) and returning this week was polite, curious and worked efficiently. Boiler back up and running no more cold house

This is my 2nd year with Hometree and they have been brilliant. The engineer who did our annual service could not have been more helpful, fitting us in at very short notice to make the timings work. Absolutely brilliant. Fully recommended.

All round very good service

Easy to set up a time and date for repair that suited me. Engineer arrived exactly when agreed. Worked efficiently and tidely on boiler. Explained what the problem was, what work he had done.

Zoe was fantastic on the phone and made it easy to setup my policy , was polite and very helpful .

The engineer Chris was very helpful and collected the replacement part within an hour and repaired the cistern.

Easy, quick and got what I needed. Thank you.
