I started out on here having a good time. 200 dollars to play with for $100 was what got me on here. Just today I tried redeeming over $400 and then my account got banned. The second you start to win they will close your account. Currently disputing with my credit card company to get my charges dropped for withholding monetary goods. Hopefully I make my money back. Their support is useless and many emails have been sent however no one has gotten back to me. If you’re in my situation, just contact your financial creditor.

Scam company. I was playing $25 per hand in Crash which is high risk and ended up winning money off the welcome bonus. I went through the process of verification and then they declined my redemption and closed the account for breaking the terms of service apparently. I would stay away from here. Everyone that works here is a POS and supports scamming customers. Absolute worst casino I’ve ever been a part of. This casino won’t last and I’m very happy about that.

I had hoped that most on here were just angry that exploiting this place not working out, but can confirm, nomatter what you do, if you buy their $99.99 "welcome package" which provides $200 in casino funds, you can go straight to roulette, double up, & if you win they'll 100% take your account immediately. I without doing my research on this place put money into it. I always now check out the information on a casino before actually putting money into it but without thinking I put 30$ into it and came out with 475$ it would have been more if I would have stopped playing and I started to get worried because I read the reviews on this place and they are not so good so anyways I put my redemption request in on the 11th and I received it yesterday on the 12th.
