Not the best payouts/winnings casino I’ve played. Decent variety of games.. on day 4 of waiting for my redemptions to process.. says 72 hours but seems like majority of reviews for big pirate are negative. Lots of 1 stars so making me skeptical on if I’ll even see my winnings go to my bank account. Play at your own risk. It’s 2026.. redemptions should process immediately and instant. I think majority of people will play only at casinos where you don’t have to wait for your money. They take my money in an instant but always an issue and slow as a turtle when it’s their money.. play at your risk

They banned me due to using their rewards and withdrawing them. I gambled and spent a ton of money on their website, I feel like I earned those rewards, they were clearly up money.

The reply below from them is funny. I have reached out to the team and they did not clear things up, Nor did they proceed to reach back out when they said they would. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I have been playing on bigpirate for about a month now. Up until about the last week or two. I have been redeeming fairly fine.

All of a sudden, they ask me to verify my payment method, which i have no problem doing. I sent them the requested document, and now have been waiting almost a week without an answer on when this verification will be done. I currently have $5,000 pending redemption, which they are holding without cause.

It has been almost 2 weeks pending redemptions, and 1 week waiting on verification of a single payment method.

I keep getting the runaround of “the team and management are aware and your verification is priority” everytime i reach out to support. Yet its been 3 days of them saying this and i still cant get a straight answer.

Bigpirate is a decent site, with good games. But if you spend a lot of money like i have, it seems they can and will hold you up to their liking.

Will update this review depending how fast bigpirate wants to resolve my issue.

So far my experience with big pirate has been excellent ! They are a developing site and responded faster to a couple questions about redemption i had faster than any other social casino site ive played which was really cool . They have alot of great games new and old .. edit ! Had to update because my redemption cane through processed in 2 buisness days. Not bad big pirate thank you

So I played big pirate casino for couple days won little bit then on my last 2 deposits both 49.99 I played 2 games first king of sky at .50 a spin got 2 hits with 50.00 1 hit of 2.00 and other 4.50 at was it rest dead spins. Then second deposit played thunder tiger .50 a spin not 1 hit 100 spin nothing stay away.after that reply like to give them -5 star . I go the casinos alot not one time have I gotten i on a slot and lost 100 spins in a row lame reply from them .

They suddenly make "an irreversible decision" to ban you from buying any more deals, or use their rewards system. They will suddenly make you provide tremendous amounts of documents to verify various payment methods, banks, like 3-6 months of transactions or they just steal your money.

This site was good to me overall. Verification was a lot but they have lots of good games, bonuses, and always paid me.

After signing up I started getting phone calls from the company. That sounds fishy to me.

This site is a complete scam. They will never let you redeem your money. I successfully completed all their verification steps—jumped through every hoop they asked for—and they are still holding my funds hostage.

It feels like they are deliberately forcing me to lose my money. Every time I try to redeem, they just keep telling me to "wait." There is always a new excuse or delay. It is an endless loop designed to frustrate you until you give up.

What makes this even more suspicious is that they don’t even use a legitimate third-party verification processor. I am convinced they are just stealing our personal information and ID documents while keeping the money.

Do not fall for it. If you have money in there, consider it gone. They are textbook scammers. Stay away

I love the interactive way of earning and discovering the rewards and bonuses via the various types of pla6ing games and building worlds or levels never a dull moment I have to stay the lack of down time waiting for funds to be earned like other social casinos is off the anchor ⚓ awesome....

So there's some good to be said about this site: my experience verifying, purchasing, and redeeming all went very smoothly. They have a decent variety of slots and tables games. The mini games are interesting and unique. Thats about where the positives end.

On the negative front: sometimes theyll cap your winnings. Say you hit for 300 theyll decide 100 is all they want to credit to your account. Their VIP system is a complete joke. They clearly lay out the benefits of each tier, but when you reach them the perks are nowhere to be seen. If you contact support theyll just reset your vip level back to the beginning and tell you there are no perks associated with your tier. If you dont contact them, your level is reset at least three times a week.

The biggest red flag i ran across was that they ban accounts as soon as you take a substantial loss. Pretty weird right? Let me elaborate a bit on that because its exactly what it sounds like. When I started off on this site I ,of course, noticed it had almost exclusively negative reviews. So naturally I approached with caution. I bought the welcome offer and played through it using minimal risk strategies. 5c slot spins and $1 hands of bj. Of course thats easy profit on promos. Redeemed my winnings, the first time took about a week to hit my bank as they kept wanting me to verify the one card i used to purchase and redeem five separate times before theyd send payment. I made my first degen play and bet $1000 on a single round of roulette, and lost. No big deal, thats how it goes with gambling. Decide to redeem the $200 remaining and cut my losses. They payed it out the next day and also banned me from their platform. Reached out to support and they cited section 8.3 of the t&c's. Thats simply that they can ban anyone at their sole discretion. I press support for more clarification, which I did not really expect to receive, but to my surprise they said the operators of the site did not like the single large bet i made. So...its a casino that doesnt want you to gamble? Seems pretty suspicious. If thats actually accurate I have to say the people operating this site should set bet limits on the games they offer. Plenty of other sites do that, but I guess they cant be bothered and would rather just ban their users after the fact instead.

I have been a verified player on multiple sweepstakes sites for over two years without issue. BigPirate is the most unprofessional platform I’ve encountered.

When I asked for an explanation, they sent a canned response citing Section 8.3 and 14.2. They refuse to provide proof of any violation because there wasn't one. It’s a horrible business plan to shut out verified, rule-abiding customers with zero transparency.

If you want a platform that actually communicates and follows fair practices, this isn't it. Posting this to warn others: your account could be next, regardless of how "verified" you are.

I have redeemed 3x here to debit with zero issue. The redemption was taking a little long but I did message Gerard who helped it go through and I got it the next day. The games are good and so far everything has been great!

Don't waste your time using this casino. If you win they will find an excuse to refund your money and cancel your wins. If you lose no big deal but if you win they will say there are problems. Just a warning.

Definitely do not trust this site. They'll give you some good welcome offers just to start & then when you try to redeem stuff they keep giving you the runaround trying to reverify documents that you've already verified.

Even if you're at the highest here VIP level they advertise that you get quicker withdrawal redemptions within 24 hours and I never saw that & I always had to reach out to chat support & they would apologize for the inconvenience & say oh okay we're sorry about this we're going to go ahead & have someone expedite the transfer.

But once they get you hooked then you just lose lose lose.

On top of that I witnessed & have video proof & screenshots that they are doing systematic ledger tampering.

On their website you can earn free spins for playing the claw machine which the claw machine itself is faulty and doesn't work a lot of the time either. Sometimes you'll get prizes in the shoot that it doesn't count for your free spins, sometimes it freezes & you can't see where you're even playing in the timer runs out, sometimes the claw machine just randomly just drops at the shot & you don't even get to do your play.

But on one session I got some 30 free spins which I had a few sets of spins that you have to redeem manually each time & play the 30 free spins & then redeem the next.

For the 30 free spins at the time of writing this it's Rich's Express but won $330 from a bonus round off of my free spins & just note that whatever amounts you win it doesn't actually update your amount that you have on your account until after you're finished with all of the 30 free promotional spins.

After a pop up a screen saying for this round you win x amount of money. Well that happened & it was much lower than what I was supposed to get.

At first I was like oh maybe the bonus rounds don't count for what it shows that you made on a pop-up for those 30 free promotional spins.

Well looking at my account balance & I compared to what I had started with during that session and it did not add up and I was short to the amount of like $230.

Luckily I had recorded my gameplay footage of this so I had proof of the issues and it wasn't just that amount there was other amounts to during that session during my sets of 30 free spins that it didn't pay out right.

Reached out to support and they wanted to have me provide the game play IDs & I told them on the slot machine usually on games it has a gameplay ID in the bottom right hand corner with a Time on it & I'm like this one doesn't have that and the representative told me oh yeah some newer games don't have that.

Ended up finding in the settings of that slot machine & it opens up a separate tab with a pop-up showing all your gameplay history whether you one or didn't win with a gameplay ID which is lowercase, uppercase, & a mix of random numbers, with timestamps, dates, & the amounts.

You can even click on each one farther & will open up a drop-down menu with all the icons that appeared during that play on what you won.

So I saw this and saw the amounts of where I won correctly & provided that to the cat representative.

They said they were going to get back to me I think we're going to talk to a specific Department like the it department or something that would look into this.

They came back & said oh where did you get this information from because those aren't the gameplay IDs, you need to go under your account & view the gameplay history there & they will just be a set of 8 numbers.

I went & looked there & saw different amounts that I won with the date, & the time & none of those amounts that I won was $330. I look back at the other ones that I did from the actual slot machine gameplay history & those timestamps where I won them & it didn't even match the timestamps on big Pirates website nor did it match any of my wins that I got during those 30 free spins sessions.

I told him that this is wrong and they need to be looking at the gameplay IDs on the actual slot machine because your information is inaccurate.

I also told him that I had video proof and they told me to send those over. The representative told me someone will get back out to you here shortly via email.

Never really heard anything and I emailed support this time giving the same exact information & I provided the Google Drive links to my videos.

After them looking over my videos & going back & forth they claim that there is nothing wrong & looked over everything & I was paid correctly.

Then basically for the inconvenience they gave me a 250 credit which of course for that wasn't even redeemable I still had to play through it but it's weird they would just offer me this & say everything was normal. It still doesn't make up for that that gameplay history on their site has been tampered with or a error not displaying correctly. Sweepstakes sites are supposed to be fair & this is not & will be disputing my charges for fraud & being deceptive under consume protection laws.

Refuses to payout. Said they needed more documents even though I was already verified (red flag city) so I send the documents, only to be given another excuse as to why it wasnt good enough. Cashed out last Tuesday, its now Saturday and i give up. These people will just give you excuse after excuse as to why they cant pay you. Only other option is to report them in hopes they get shut down eventually. DO NOT PLAY HERE!

*UPDATE* After another 24 hours of runaround and "were working on it" I just closed the account. Place is 100% a scam.

They have the games I love to play. Got verified with no issues and I was able to redeem without incident. Less than 24 hours and my winnings were in my bank account.
