If city break then only with Bigbus
We have already tried BigBus in many other cities. (New York, Miami, Lomdon, Paris, Rome, etc.) It has always worked out fine. With the 5-day ticket we were mobile the whole day. The included additional services such as the cruise ship or the cruise on Dubai Creek were very good as well as the night tour. We were in the low season on site, and all buses were pretty empty. There were always plenty of outdoor seats upstairs or downstairs air conditioned. At each transfer station there is enough staff to advise the customers. We always book online. This works perfectly. Big bus can only be recommended.

It was a good experiecia that I recommend it to be able to know all the places near the route of the bus. The drivers are very friendly and always willing to help and advise. We also found the positions in the different places that also helped in locating the places and times of the next bus very good. The detail of having cold water available to passengers was greatly appreciated, as the temperatures in Dubai are very high.

DUBAI IN SUMMER
My wife and I bought tickets for the two day Dubai tour. We rode on all the three routes. The sights, sounds and colours were breathtaking and we really enjoyed the tours. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the town.
our only complaint was that the timing between drop off for a boat ride and catching the boat and then catching another bus is not quite to scratch (both on the dhow and the Marina). We ended up losing an hour each just waiting.
Apart from this, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and plan to go back early next year for another visit.

Awesome Dubai
We had two awesome days in Dubai! We have seen a lot. Three cool tours with lot to see. Did blue and green line one day and the red the other. Both tmdays we had a boat trip included. With the buses going every 30 minutes it is easy to stop hop off look around and hop on the next or the one after that. Getting water supply in the bus is great service! And all workers were friendly and gave help where ever needed. We really enjoyed it and recommend all to make the same great experience. Thanks a lot.

Great fun and very good experience. Live tour is really good on the red line. A great idea with free bottle of water on the bus. We really appreciated it since it was very hot outside. I really recommend it. If you have more time take premium od delux ticket. It's worth it. Desert sunset is very nice and also a night tour.

To get a quick overview of Dubai in two…
To get a quick overview of Dubai in two days, the Big Bus tour is excellent. The price was great, especially if you book online. The guide on the Red tour we had was great and I gave her a tip. There either two tours only had narration and were adequate. Some of the tops of the buses were air conditioner which I did not see on the competition. I would recommend.

Unfortunately the day I took the Night Bus Tour was cold on the second level(roof), so I went down to the first level.Since the bus had a lot sings and decorations on the window, I couldn't see outside very well. A lot of Big Bus riders came down and had the same experience. The bus should be designed that we can see the view from the first level as well.

I really liked this way to Explore…
I really liked this way to Explore Dubai. The buses clean some with wifi .friendly guides on the bus green and red answering questions. Before joining asked some questions at customer service. Quick detailed response. I recommend Big Bus.

I have just been fooled BIG Time by…
I have just been fooled BIG Time by this company.
I was convinced by their seller to buy the 7 day pass at 599 Dirham because the had a free shuttle service to and from Abu Dhabi.
Reality is that we were dropped off at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. At the arrival, after 2 hours of bus ride with no information at all, we were informed the this stop was only a drop of not a hop on stop. And that the return bus was departing from Marina Mall. How to get there was our problem.
After discussing lengthy with the Big Bus representative she refused to solve the problem. I could either pay 2 x 210 Dirham for a 1 day Big Bus Abu Dhabi ticket (already holding a valid ticket for Dubai) or take a taxi to The Marina Mall some 30 km away.
This is a major fraud and the most unprofessional behavior in any tourist company I have experienced lately

The experience was good but I have just…
The experience was good but I have just received my credit card bill and I’ve been charged twice, or for two separate bookings.
I had a problem during the booking process and it said it failed at payment point but clearly it didn’t and I’ve been charged twice.
Please can this be reimbursed.

Pricey but good if you've got the time
It is a good trip and having the face to face guide in the red route certainly made it a lot better! Devine was fantastic. I had a day pass but was only able to use it from 2pm till7pm. Due to the cost of the trip I would recommend if you're buying this to have all your time to spend to make it worth your while.

Great company
Great company, if you want to see all famous places in Dubai it is one of the best choices. When you buy a 5 days ticket you can attend all Big Bus routes plus get some extras. Buses equipped with free WiFi in board, some of them even with high speed internet. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help you.
