Scammers
Well I ordered a seat and they sent me a seat that I clearly didn’t order only because the seat that I ordered was out of stock. They even sent an email stating that they sent me the wrong seat because the one that I originally ordered was out of stock. Now they want me to pay for return shipping on a seat that I clearly didn’t order. I guess that would classify bicycleseats.com as a scam website. You be the the judge…

The item was an inappropriate fit for my wife. I asked for a return authorization over a week ago, both by voice mail and email, and all I have heard from you is this solicitation for a review.

Thanks to Kellen for his persistence in getting the right size seat post for my bike. The seat is far more comfortable than the original equipment. My daughter and I have a 2 hour ride coming up soon and I’m really looking forward to it. Thanks again, Bob

Poor customer service
After a few attempts via email/phone, finally, after more than a week later I get a reply stating the item I ordered is out of stock. I understand that happens sometimes. What I find unacceptable is when a phone is provided, no one answers and you get prompted to leave a voice mail. In which you never receive a follow up call. Why even list the number

Product worked as intended
Product worked as intended, but rather expensive to get to Canada, and overall price for what it is. I chose to buy as I could not find the 4 point mount up here, but after receiving its basically the three point mount with an extra front plate. I could have saved half buying the three point one from amazon, then figured out the small plate... But again it works as intended and should last - just expensive

Best Gel Seats
Other company's gel seat covers are too small or too thin to make a difference. Not these. Bicycle Seats .com has the best.
