Product was exactly what I expected it to be. Shipping was very fast.

You did what was expected with excellent pre-purchase customer service and ontime delivery. Good job!

The product was just what I needed after checking everywhere… shipped right away but federal express had issues with delays.

Great Service.

Ordered seat on Saturday eve and it arrived by Wednesday. Good Quality

Great product. There wasn’t enough room for adjustment due to the rear basket on my E-Bike. Couldn’t get it lowered to where I needed it. If not positioned properly the leading edge on both sides of the seat will push into your thighs. (seat too high to the pedals causing legs to hang) Had I been able to get the seat lower, that problem would have been eliminated. They shipped quickly…for some unknown reason it took three days of email/phone calls to get a response for the return. Don’t return until they send you a RMA #. Would do business again and it’s a shame the seat wouldn’t work for me!

Great prices and excellent selection. Arrived very quickly too. I will return!

Fantastic wide gel seat for my exercise bike.
Who knew this item would be a hard to find this item.
Glad you had it!!

It did relieve pressure on my sensitive area, but the short rails won't let me move the saddle back enough
for a comfortable riding position.

The seat is comfortable and particularly useful for older stationary bikes where the seat is too hard to be comfortable. It fits well and makes the old exercycle usable.

Frankly, everything from browsing the web site, shipping and product quality are all top tier. No dissatisfaction on this end.
Thank you very much. Keep up the outstanding work!!!!

Excellent customer service when I finally got back to me. However, when I called, it was hard to reach somebody and when I emailed it took 24 hours to get a response. But when I did get a response, it was good.

I was sent two seats instead of one. I have called and left messages and sent e-mails so I could send one back. No one will contact me regarding this issue. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered the large gel seat cover for my Schwinn airdyne exercise bike. Product was just as described and fit perfectly. The stock seat on this machine is hard and slippery. The gel cover has a thick gel insert and is comfortable and doesn’t slip. Good product and happy customer.

Very personal and caring responses. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the product I purchased clearly could NEVER work, and I ended up having to pay to return the item (even though frankly it should never have been sold in the first place as designed). This is why I generally only shop on Amazon now.

Gives me support and comfort while riding.

Fast shipping and product was exactly as advertised and reflected what the reviews indicated.

Shpping costs is too high. The bracket to secure the seat to the post was not included,

Great seat can't believe its comfortable I have bought so many seats, but they all have been uncomfortable finally a seat designed for a man

So far I have no complaints. I have just received my first seat to test and have not decided whether to return it for another one. I have had problems with seats for some time now and wish to get back into some longer range riding again. I average about 15-20 mi. before the seat becomes to much for the sit bones.
