Frustrated with existing exercise bike seat
Frustrated with existing exercise bike seat not fitting my seat well. Tried a padded cover, better but not great. Chatted with sales & 2 bicycle seats suggested and kit UNI4 to covert exercise seat platform to work with any typical bike seat. Chose Sunlite 49465.Easy installation and seat is great. Quick delivery, too.

Good service!
THey contacted me to say the seat I ordered was not available and they had 2 other seats that they said were similar. I choose 1 seat and it arrived 3 days later I am satisfied it is much more comfy!

12” sheepskin seat cover…
I ordered a 12” sheepskin seat cover for my Schwinn exercise bike. The seat cover came quickly, is good quality and very well made. It fits my bike seat perfectly and is very comfy.

Casual rider, great website
I’m a leisure, casual bike rider with a nice bike...that needed a new seat (so did my son). BicycleSeats.com made it easy and user-friendly to get the right seat for me. I would have benefited from som instructions to swap the saddles, but eventually figured it out. Fast shipping too.

Don't Shop Here! *Updated
Ordered two seat covers, but received only one. Emailed with no response. Called and only option was to leave message -- no response. Zero customer service, and I'm out $26. I am filing a complaint with my state attorney general and consumer protection offices.
**UPDATE: Received a friendly email from the Operations Manager for Dovetail Distribution apologizing for their packing mistake and saying they sent out the second seat cover via priority mail. It arrived fast. While I appreciate the fix, I wouldn't shop there again due to the lack of customer service and communication, as detailed above.

Bicycleseats.com and Dovetail are horrible
Bicycleseats"dot"com and Dovetail Distribution are lousy companies from my experience. I placed an order on 8/6/23. Never heard a thing from either bicycleseats"dot"com or dovetail distribution. No order status updates, no shipping information. Nothing. I reached out to company via email and phone (no answer, so left a voice message). Without any communication or explanation, bicycleseats"dot"com/dovetail distribution cancelled my order and issued a refund. Horrible customer service.
