Does not work for us most of the time
We were trying to avoid getting the kids a watch. With this service half the time our kids cannot receive our messages or our phone calls. We are unable to see their location because their watch does not have signal. I wish there was a way to get a better service that actually works. I’ve tried to reach out to their service team. They just send instructions which are common knowledge. Will not get on a call with me thus far. And we are not even 6 months into our year plan and they are letting me know that my plan is up for renewal. Wish I could get a refund.

je viens d'acheter une Apple Watch SE3 pour ma fille et je ne peux pas installer de ESIM afin qu elle puisse passer des appels.
Pourtant sur le site d'Apple, il est bien précisé que seul BetterRoaming était l'opérateur pour la configuration de mon Apple Watch en mode enfant.

BetterRoaming DOES not work with Apple watches for children in the UK as they claim it does and the cancellation form is deliberitly difficult - way harder than the sign up process.
Asking which product you wish to cancel and goes on to list products they even don't sell.

I started the service initially in USA…
I started the service initially in USA for my daughter. I have never had a phone plan so I was happy to have found this service. We moved to Germany and I was able to change the plan to a Germany plan and the cost is roughly the same. We have had no issues and the few times I needed support with the transfer I received support in a timely and extremely educated manner. The step by step instructions were easy to follow.
I highly recommend the service they provide at a very competitive price!
