This is a fake website. Do not provide your credit card details to book. If you still want to book, first call the hotel and ask whether they have received any bookings in the past from this website.

This company misrepresents their services. They charged my card for a hotel reservation with additional fees, but never paid the hotel. While I did have a reservation when I arrived at the hotel unlike many who have encountered issues with this company, I still had to pay for my room (which came out to less than besthoteldealsglobal charged me, mind you). I ended up paying over $180 for a $77 dollar room because of this. Do not recommend!!

I booked a room with this company and when I checked out early because the room was disgusting (which I could) the motel wouldn't refund my money, stating I had to get it from the 3rd party which is Hotel Deals, mind u I have checked out early a previous time but used a legitimate company and was refunded right there at the hotel. To contact these people they have a 818 number, numbers for outside the US and a email. First I was told I'd have a support number and would be contacted in 24 hours. Nothing days later,Called back I was told that they were waiting on the GM of the motel, Nothing! I have emailed these people and no one has ever contacted me back. Only automated response with a name It has been almost two months, There is no GM at the motel, there's no one to escalate the situation to as they say there is no address only a email address and a phone number that now that I call I'm just sitting on hold you leave an email all they do is send something back with a name same you haven't opened ticket we will get back to you or something like that. Do not trust these people I can't even find them with the Better Business bureau the voucher they sent look like letterhead from a fifth grader something needs to be done I am disgusted with these people don't trust them at all.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AS FAR AS YOU CAN THROW THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I am pissed. This company is absolute trash. The hotel they listed as a 3 star hotel, does not even deserve negative stars. I have traveled the world, been to all 50 states so travel is nothing new to me. This is, BY FAR, the most putrid, vile and disgusting hotel I ever stayed at and I found it through this janky website advertised as massive savings. Nothing but lies and false advertising here.

Here’s what went wrong:
The hotel was FILTHY. The hallway leading to our room was lined with soiled bedsheets, rotting garbage, mold growing all over old toilet paper rolls, dirt, grime.. when we got to our room, the toilet had 💩 in it, the shower drain had a massive clump of old hair/soap scum in it… physical crap aside, this place REEKED of rotten trash and three day old curry leftovers. You can see all of this clearly in my video review and the pictures I posted on google. My husband and I held our shirts over our faces and gagged the whole way to our room. When we went to the front desk to get a refund for these unsanitary conditions, we were told that “Best Hotel Deals Global” will have to issue a refund. Fine. They got the video and photos to their customer support email and can either give me my money back or I’ll just file a chargeback, I really don’t care. This is unacceptable on all accounts. We left a couple of hours later despite being out $$ and having to drive two hours to another hotel that would take cash… I am beside myself. I have wells all over my body, turns out IM ALLERGIC TO BED BUG BITES. F this website, do not trust. DO NOT TRUST.

This company sold me a voucher for a fully booked hotel and refused to pay my money back. They told me that the hotel had refused to reimburse them because I was a "no show" which is not true. Turned out, the hotel never received money. I managed to contact the hotel and they also reached out to the platform (which they proved by sending me the communication). No response. Last week, besthoteldeals tried to have this review removed. As you can read it still, this was not successful. Now they wrote a „supportive“ public answer. I want to point out that I have eventually received my money by claiming it back through the credit card provider. They did nothing to clarify this issue. Never again will I use this „service“. Be careful!!

They gave me what I thought was a legit price quote only to respond with a pop up stating the rate was no longer available and to select an alternative room type (all more $$ than my selection) when I submitted all my info to book the stay

Do not use this company. They are a scam and rip off. Stay away or get ripped off.

Booked my hotel around noon. After being on the road for 17 hours, I arrived exhausted only to be told there was no reservation under my name. Upon contacting support, I was told all they can do is submit my information to the "advanced support team", and that they would contact me within 24 hours. Staff refused to put a supervisor on the line, then informed me they have no phone number or way of contacting "advanced support" other than email.

And of course they had already taken the money from my account. This was an absolutely trash experience and company. STAY AWAY

I have booked one night in Hôtel Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Saly, Senegal - a very good hotel. Instead i got the voucher to very different low quality hotel. The Voucher provider besthoteldealsglobal.com didnt reply my emails (two emails sent). When i have finally contacted the customer service by phone (after few hours of trying) they promised to propose by email the compensation for this situation. They have never wrote the email nor pick up the phone again. Its a fraud company, please avoid!

BE WARNED OF EXTRA FEES THAT ONLY APPEAR AFTER BOOKING

Booked with this company to stay in a decent hotel in Italy.

They clearly state “taxes & fees included” so we made the booking as it represented good value.

Only after we had paid for the booking did this company then say we had to pay a further 5% in taxes and fees when we arrive at the hotel.

This is a gross misrepresentation as had we known the extra 5% would be added on, this website was then more expensive than Booking.com & Hotels.com

Emailing this company they tried to fob us off saying the hotel charge this & not them but surprise surprise when looking at hotels.com & booking.com include these costs.

Avoid this company as underhanded!
