I have noted many times that goseek.com is the cheapest hotel option on google, but when clicking on the offer it turns out to be 2-3 times the price. Happens time after time. Fake prices to draw attention, and then double price when you enter the booking process.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription by email and have had not luck. I want to cancel immediately, or I will be forced to seek legal action. This is unacceptable. They do not have any type of phone number to call. If someone know of a phone number please let me know

I use to love Goseek.com, they'd be my first choice when booking a room. Then I signed up for the premium service. Unfortunately all the "deals" I tried to book were no longer available even though I would immediately try to book it. I then emailed Goseek requesting to cancel the premium. That was a week ago. I still haven't heard anything from them. Here's the real kicker, when my bank statement this morning I noticed that Goseek has charged my card twice. With the economy the way it is right now I don't have an extra $20 to give some multi-million dollar company. In my opinion this company is down right being shady by screwing over us middle class American's. Clearly if we were rich we wouldn't need to shop around for a good price when traveling. Any company that refuses to have a customer service phone number is up to no good.

I recently did a 2 day trial with this company, as they had a good rate on a hotel that I wanted to get. Well, after trying the service, I cancelled the premium membership. I have contacted them several times about getting my money refunded and they still have not done it yet! It has been more than 5 to 10 business days from the day I cancelled (Oct 10th) and I am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. BEWARE!!! Do not do any trial memberships with this company!

We did a free trial and immediately I found the offers were not available for me. I sent a message explaining my problem and they were very good. Unfortunately I sent it from my email and not from the one which I used to join. Now I can't find how to contact them using this email, it is not easy to find s link to cancel.

I did a 2-day trial with go seek and after just a few hours trying to use Bose found it that every good price that was listed was unavailable as soon as I chose that hotel and try to get that price for the days I wanted. I begin to try to cancel last night and I looked again this morning and now I am looking again this evening and cannot find a way to cancel. I'm very upset about this because it did not supply the great deals that were offered.

It is impossible to cancel the premium. I can't find anything online to help me cancel the subscription

Their ability to find a cheap room is average. Their bogus website not letting you leave is inexcusable. I like it better when that happens on a porn site.

I spoke way too soon. I used to LOVE misguided and ordered from them all the time but lately I've been having the worst experience with them. I purchase clothes and when they arrive I only receive one item and when i reach out, I'm told that it is out of stock and no one would email me about it either. Also the material is not the same. They're thin and see through and it's just very disappointing because this is where i bought most of my clothes from

I got the deal off Snaptravel. The price was "supposedly" $104 - $25 off per night. I booked May 22-24. However, the tax and fees were higher than with Hilton. Looks like the saving was more like $10-15 per night. Still good - but hidden fees were disconcerting.

Used go seek to find the cheapest deal. They displayed the hotel available for $120 instead of $160 then when I went to site and paid my card was charged in American dollars and ended up paying $170 for the hotel . pretty annoyed as you are ripping people off by not showing the correct pricing on your site. Will never use you again.
