I booked a hotel through this website and then called the hotel to make sure my reservation went through. The hotel thankfully had my reservation. Seeing all the 1-star reviews on here gave me quite the scare. Given all the 1-star reviews, I wouldn't trust this website again. However, I'm glad it worked for me.

Reserved hotel from the airport few hours before my arrival and paid for the reservation. When at location, hotel staff knew nothing about the reservation, no record whatsoever. I had to pay out of pocket. Customer service took 10 weeks and 6 days to resolve my case, especially fun was juggling between different customer service reps seeing how they explain to each other what the problem was. Never again!

This is a scam website. I tried to book and my card got blocked. Called my bank and they advised their was a 2nd website trying to access my account. Complete scam. Iv had to reorder new cards:(

We got a hotel in Marion N.C. At Hampton inn and both places charged us for the room so we ended up paying $400 for a $200 motel room. It has been 2 months and we still haven’t received our money back. We were impacted by the hurricane so money is tight and can’t get anyone to call back so we have to keep calling checking on the status. I would highly not recommend.

This website is big scam, do not use this website to book the hotel, i booked hotel and the hotel cannot find my reservation. Tried calling them none of their number worked. 100% fraud website. If you already booked hotel. File for dispute with your credit card company

realice una reserva recibi el pdf ocn la reserva parecia todo correcto, me han cobrado el hotel y cuando he llegado no hay reserva ninguna he tenido que pagar de nuevo en el hotel. Les escribes y no contestan ni el telefono funcina

Scam! I’ve been trying to get my money back for two months after booking a hotel room. They never sent the money to the hotel. I sat in the lobby for two hours while they said they were working on sending the money to the hotel. Never came.Looking to hold somebody accountable. I won’t give up

Their wrong address had us driving around in Washington DC stop and go traffic for an extra hour! These bozos are worthless!

Avoid this Company. I should have checked Trustpilot first.

We couldn’t get into our hotel late at night, and they claim they talked to the manager and didn’t hear back for the refund.

Its a lie.

I called the manager and they said no one form them ever reached out. They even said that I claimed the room, which is also a lie.

I used this site to rent a room on August the 23rd. Went to the location to be told they do not accept online reservations. I contacted best hotels to get told to hold on for about an hour. They changed my reservation number so I tired again for the hotel property to tell me no. This company refuses to refund my money. So I paid for a room that I was not allowed to get and explain myself 50x times and nothing.

Company never needed up booking my reservation and did not communicate with me so I was left paying more at the hotel for a worst room. Never use this company.

Immediately cancelled booking and refunded me less than the booking cost.

Unprofessional Behavior to customers was hung up on when we called customer service , called back asked to speak with a manager was told you can call back and you'll speak with me again. So Unprofessional . I can't wait til worthless service site such as this one go under . My dog is a better travel agent , he has cataracts in both eyes , deaf and losing his voice . Thanks boy for the room I know you at least tried and I know you don't have any thumbs but good job.

Scam! Avoid! Booked a hotel accomodation. At arrival the reservation was missing. The hotel doesn’t have anything to do with this booking site. So all money lost, had to book new hotel at site for double the price. They don’t even respond to my emails.

The most ridiculous experience and customer support. Like many people here, I booked a hotel, no reservation came through, had to pay for a room again on the spot as my arrival was late at night.

24/7 customer support is nonexistent and when I finally got in touch with them through email they stopped replying at a point when I asked for an invoice for my stay.

Very unserious business, do not book through them!

This hotel booking website is a SCAM!!! At the end of booking it says the rate is unavailable but the charge on my credit card was approved. Called my credit card company to cancel the transactions.
