I booked a room through BestHotelDealsGlobal for a stay on July 24, 2026 (Confirmation: cWOY7RSBC). Upon arrival, the air conditioning unit in the room was non-functional. Given the extreme heat, the room was uncomfortable and difficult to stay in.

I contacted customer support the same day and provided documentation, including photos, of the issue. I have followed up several times over the past few weeks to resolve this, but I have not received a resolution or a clear timeline for a refund. My interactions have consisted primarily of automated responses requesting further patience, with no progress on my request.

I am disappointed by the lack of support and the company's failure to address this clear service failure.

I needed to book a room for travel to a funeral. I somehow selected the day prior to the one I needed to book (yes, my mistake). Only moments later, I realized the mistake and contacted their customer service. They're only accessible via a chat bot.
After 3 attempts (over multiple days) to get a response to my bereavement date change request, the day of my reservation I heard back from them that my request was denied. So on top of dealing with a death of a loved one, I also get to eat the cost of a reservation I couldn't use. This company is predatory and unethical. NEVER use this service. It's not worth saving a few dollars. Avoid them at all costs.

Booked through besthoteldeals global. Was very hesitant when I saw the reviews but had great experience. They were a lot cheaper than the other sites and responded to my emails within minutes. I would recommend!

Booked a room at the Red Lion Inn and Suites in Everett, WA for a one night stay in a suite. Upon arrival, suite was not available due to problems in the room. No other suites were available. Guy at front desk so it would be no problem on a refund and that was a lie. I booked the besthoteldeals and they have been dam near impossible to get on phone and 6 months later still never refunded. 250$ SCAM SCAM SCAM

This third party company to book hotels sucks because they'll let you book it and not let you know anything about the hotel being overbooked or anything as long as they get their money they let it process I just experienced it where they let me book it even though the hotel was overbooked my booking got canceled and I had to basically repay for a hotel room and I reached out to them to try to get a refund because they let me book it without notifying me that the hotel was already fully booked and they have not responded they're not giving me my refund they suck do not go through them at all I lost my money I know other people when I explained it to them they said they lost their money through them as well just cuz it's cheap doesn't mean it works out go through the hotel personally or the actual booking companies that will show there's no more bookings for the hotel when they are fully booked like Trivago bookings.com Etc worst experience ever

Booked a hotel room in Vernal Utah. It charged my card and at the last minute it said all of the room were sold out. Have not refunded my money nor communicated anything.

Looks like I dodged a bullet. I had to cancel a reservation that I had paid for a two night stay. I was told that I was entitled to a full refund and they opened up a request for my refund to be processed. At this point I read other reviews and saw that basicly nobody was getting refunds for cancelled bookings. I couldn't find a phone number to actually speak to someone, so I decided to email them often to ask for the status of my request. It only took two emails before I got a message that my request was approved and processed, and my refund should be in my account within five days. Three days later I received my full refund in my account. They did everything that they said they would do in a timely manner. I feel very lucky to have had this experience, but I will have to give them a "5" based on my personal experience.

I booked a room 2 months away and I realized it was the wrong part of Padre Island I didn't need to go to South Padre I need to be 2 hours earlier in Padre and I canceled my trip within 15 minutes and they kept my $177.14 I was on the phone all weekend trying to get in hold of these people and it's a scam no one is going to answer your phone call!!!

Bad customer service response. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. Nor have anyone try to contact me after trying several times by phone and email

Tried to cancel the rest of my stay at a hotel after staff was creepy and requested payment. besthoteldealsglobal said that to even get the posibility of a refund I had to cancel and hope I got the money in a week. I booked a refundable stay and it changed to nonrefundable as I was checking out and I didnt notice until it processed. When I was on the phone with them in tears because I was scared and broke the agent was rude and when I asked for a manager or supervisor he said he was one. Terrible company.

I would not recommend using this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am still fighting to receive reimbursement after dealing with mice and cockroaches during my hotel stay.

I followed the steps I was told to take, including contacting Holiday Inn directly so they could communicate about the refund reimbursement. Even after doing that, I have had to reach out multiple times for a status update with no clear follow-through.

The customer service has been deeply disappointing. Bianca has been especially difficult to work with because there have been repeated mistakes, poor communication, and no meaningful resolution. At this point, the process feels completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Stay away from this company. Do not use them unless you are prepared to fight for basic customer service and accountability.

BEWARE! Booked a stay through BestHotelDeals while traveling, and upon arriving at the hotel, was denied check-in due to a system outage at arrival. Had to travel further to find another hotel. Reached out to BestHotelDeals and was instantly denied a refund. Going through the credit card refusal process now. BEWARE!!! Do not book through BestHotelDeals.

This site is not to be trusted. I booked a room based oin the price advertised and they charged me $50 per room per night over that price (not including taxes etc,.) When I complained they claim their records showed the advertised price ...THAT IS UNTRUE!!! This is a scam

I really got worried when I read all the horrible reviews and the experiences many people had.

My experience however, was just fine. After reading the reviews, I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and was relieved to find out they had it and were expecting me.

I probably won't use these guys again however. Don't want to press my luck.

The worst I booked a room today it took my money in no room or reservation I’ve been calling the hotel all day to see if my reservation is their really the worst ever

This company will steal your money!!!!!!! The customer service team is horrible!!!!!!!!!!! The fact that they took money and won’t refund me is crazy!!!!! First they said 10-15business days to receive it(which is to damn long) but I waited and after not receiving my refund I contacted them only to be told that “we changed our mind about refunding u” do NOT LET THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY

Bought a reservation through them. Arrived at the hotel. They had no reservation there. A month went by and I still didn’t recieve a refund. I was on the phone with them for almost two hours waiting for them to call the front desk so sort out my reservation. They never called. Complete scam. Never use them.

Showed my confirmation they tried to put it in their system. They couldn’t make the reservation and had to cancel it. I called best hotel deals for refund and they told me no refunds on canceled reservations and that it wasn’t their fee it was the hotels, after some back and forth they said they would confirm the hotel canceled and issue a refund in a few business days. The hotel gave me a cancellation letter showing they didn’t charge any fees and best hotel deals wouldn’t accept it

There are many reputable 3rd party reservation sites out there - this is NOT one of them. I made a reservation through them and went to check into the hotel several minutes later (we were right in the area) and was told the hotel was completely booked and they had no record of our reservation. I immediately called (did not get anyone on the phone) and then emailed the website to report what happened. I received an automated reply and to date (2 weeks later) have received no response. I reported it to my bank.

I would give negative Stars if that was possible. My family and I experienced a house fire and could not stay at our home. The Red Cross gave us money to rent a hotel for a few days and I use this company to book it. When we got to the hotel we were refused to check in saying there was a minimum state of a week to rent a room. This company never said anything about a minimum stay. When I called the company they called the hotel to be told that they were sold out even though they were not. It was it was 1:00 a.m. and the customer service told me to just wait for a response in my email. My children and I ended up sleeping in our car. When I asked for a refund I was told it would be processed and then it would take up to 30 days. It has been over 30 days and I still have not received my refund and then the employee that is supposed to be processing my refund doesn't even respond to my emails. This company needs to be investigated and their business license revoked
