At Bella Barista we are fortunate with our in house division (Towability, UK mobile catering manufacturer) to be able to offer a range of skills and expertise not usually found in general coffee machine retailers. It is of continual surprise to us that people will buy machines from internet suppliers that have no provisions or inclination to offer a reasonable after sales service and we are continually asked by people that find they have a machine that is not working (not supplied by Bella Barista) if we can help, but only Bella Barista customers have access to the full Bella Barista afters sales care. Even after two years we continue to ensure you wake up to great tasting coffee each and every morning. Most often we can diagnose common problems and resolve them quickly over the phone or email. We also keep a large number of parts and accessories in stock, that's not listed on the website.

Used twice so for so good
Used twice so for so good. It would be nice for their after sales care to be a bit better. I bought a Flaire 58 +2 from them in February. I reached out to them via the email because when I was pouring a shot the safety retaining clip on the lever came loose when pouring a shot and I ended up pressing down on the side of the ring damaging the ring on the plunger slightly. I never heard back from them. I still have a slight dent on the plunger where I was pushing down. I have managed to sort the clip properly. I am looking to upgrade soon to a ECM machine and that’s the only thing that is deterring me from buying from them again.
But as far as delivery goes no complaints.

Great service
Very pleased with my new coffee grinder. It was packaged well and I was pleasantly surprised to find Bella Barista had included a pack of 'QA fail' coffee beans for free to use to season the burrs.

Very easy and quick service from Bella…
Very easy and quick service from Bella Barista. I ordered my grinder and in 2 days time, it was delivered to me in person by DHL. The grinder is very good, produces very fluffy consistent ground coffee. The software part needs a lot of improvement, which I have heard from Mahlkonig will happen soon.

So happy with my Profitec Go
So happy with my Profitec Go. Super rapid delivery and well packaged. I’d ordered with another supplier initially, but cancelled with order with Bella Barista as they are the main supplier in the UK. Very happy with that decision.

Great service at local store
Great service when I bought my new Grinder. Made me a coffee in store and some beans to help break the grinder in which I really appreciated. Friendly and upbeat staff. Local to me so was very happy to be able to support local business

Love Bella Barista
Love Bella Barista, bought various coffee machines from them over the years, now subscribe to their coffee. They are friendly, hugely knowledgable and with a great range. Repair service is good too, although, ahem, it did take a little longer than expected.
