Very professional service, great coffee.

Very good service well pleased with the coffee grinder and and the coffee grinder is great paying by bank transfer with 2 % off is great would use again just waiting for coffee machine to come in now.

I had a prompt response when my machine needed repairs and it was collected quickly. Communication was friendly and efficient.

Faultless experience from start to finish!
I recently purchased the Profitec Go along with some of their coffee, and the entire buying experience was brilliant. Delivery was incredibly quick, everything arrived packaged perfectly, and the coffee itself is excellent.

Really impressed, would love to visit their shop in person too

Bella barista is the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. It’s certified organic so there’s no harmful pesticides. The team are so friendly and they grind the coffee for my machine every month. I would never use another coffee and I’ve tried so many including coffee beans from other countries. Now I can make cappuccinos at home that tastes better than at a coffee shop. I’ve also had a cappuccino many times inside the shop and it’s delicious.

Just wanted a cup of coffee one day so we walked in and got chatting. Now we keep returning. Everyone is so knowledgeable about the coffees and how they get from grower to customer.

OK I'll be honest and frank..
when dealing with an online company I expect them to be efficient, prompt, courteous and good for their word. Given that, it all to often transpires that their measure is more to be gauged by how they deal with obstacles.
I can say without reservation that Bella Barista delivers not only on the former but excells on the later with an after sales second to none.
Recommend them, hell yes. Use them again without hesitation, indubitably.

Long time customer. Bought a lever machine and grinder ten years ago (still going strong), and have been subscribing for coffee for the last few years. Recently ordered new burrs for my grinder - in stock, delivered next day with some reject bean to season the burrs once fitted. Perfect. Always helpful advice too. Would 100% recommend.

I had a very good experience with a warranty repair. I was kept updated throughout including confirmation of the delivery to Bella Barista, and also the progress of the repair. Questions were answered promptly and goodwill was offered preemptively due to a minor delay. I'm happy with this service.
