It is of continual surprise to us that people will buy machines from internet suppliers that have no provisions or inclination to offer a reasonable after sales service and we are continually asked by people that find they have a machine that is not working (not supplied by Bella Barista) if we can help, but only Bella Barista customers have access to the full Bella Barista afters sales care. Even after two years we continue to ensure you wake up to great tasting coffee each and every morning. Most often we can diagnose common problems and resolve them quickly over the phone or email. We also keep a large number of parts and accessories in stock, that's not listed on the website.

Friendly and helpful customer service…
Friendly and helpful customer service but it was disappointing that we needed them. Our machine took 6 weeks, not the estimated 3, and when it was returned it was missing the drip tray. The group head also came back dirty but so far the machine is working well.

Be warned - they have a no return policy.
Take care with the terms and conditions.
We spent £1700 on a coffee machine which is quite frankly garbage. I accept it was our choice, but there is a firm no returns policy. I’d suggest buying from a retailer that accepts consumers can sometimes make mistakes.

They are a great company to deal with…
They are a great company to deal with and genuinely try and meet your needs as a customer. The showroom is a great place to see the products and get advice. Very pleased with my ECM Estetika and would not think of buying from anywhere else.

Excellent service and very prompt delivery. Grinder arrived well packed.
Grinder is superb, /I would suggest that the manuals could be a little better and I found that the software manual of more use. Having said that it was not difficult to set up. A video perhaps.

Helped to identify the correct spares for my espresso machine
Although I was disappointed they did not want to service my espresso machine, which I bought from them 20 years ago, they assisted in identifying the correct spare parts so I could service it myself.
Group E61 head replacement parts, and replacement green indicator light, arrived quickly, and I replaced them myself. My 20 year old machine is still going like new.

Charged a "20% restocking fee" for faulty machine return
Charged me a "20% restocking fee" for returning a faulty machine within 30 days. This illegal and against the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but given my current circumstances of having a fresh new born first child, I had no time or energy to put up a fight. Being a small/family company you'd expect them to honour my return with a full refund but they deducted £300 off my refund. Really disappointing.

Hi Jordy,
We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome.
Following receipt of your videos, we carefully reviewed the concerns raised and also assessed the machine directly alongside after arranging collection of the unit for further testing. During all inspections and bench testing, we were unable to replicate the fault described, and the machine was found to be functioning correctly.
We also communicated throughout the process that the machine could either be returned to you following testing, or alternatively a refund could be offered less the agreed deduction, which was accepted verbally according to our terms and conditions.
The request was raised 30 days after purchase and after the machine had been used. As a small family run business, we always aim to approach situations fairly, professionally and transparently for all customers.
We are genuinely sorry to hear of the personal circumstances you mentioned and wish you and your family all the very best with your new arrival.
