I recently purchased my ECM Technika V1 and a DF 64 grinder from Bella Barista. I visited the showroom received great customer service including time with Marco what a superb customer experience and I’m so pleased with both products. Can’t sing their praises enough and recommend them without hesitation.

I recently purchased a Meraki Gen 2 espresso machine from Bella Barista. Delivery was quick (2 days) and overall I am very happy with my new espresso machine. I was struggling to pull decent shots with their coffee, but they have offered some great advice, which I’m going to try. Thank you Bella Barista for a great customer experience.

I placed my order with Bella Barista, and the very next day my parcel arrived. Unfortunately, the wrong item had been sent, human error (this happens)
I contacted Olivia at Bella Barista, and she was more than helpful. She apologised for the mistake and immediately set about putting it right for me... the very next day the incorrect item was collected and the correct items delivered ... Mistakes can happen, it's how they are dealt with that counts and for this, Olivia and Bella Barista truly deserve five stars ... overall a very pleasant and satisfactory experience... it is so rare theese days to find a company putting the customer first ...great customer service...I will definitely recommend and use Bella Barista in the future

I accidentally seized the grind adjuster on my DF 54 and initially was relieved that Bella Barista stocks the spare parts which I ordered. But once I started with th project it became very complex. There was no manual, Bella Barista didn't have one either. Email request where answered timely but it was more a shoulder shrugging each time I asked for assembly steps. In the end I managed to fix it myself using chat gpt.

I rang and spoke with Marco after viewing a review he had done on a machine which I had not seen before. He explained the pros and cons of the machines that I had already considered and gave me a few options to consider. The machine he reccomended was cheaper than the ones I had been looking at saving me a fair bit.. He talked through accessories and included some coffee to try. Delivery was next day and even though we had some teething issues so far we are happy with our new machine.

Great coffees from regenerative farms. Baristas website is unduly complicated when it comes to cancelling. The coffee packs are sprinkled with loose residual coffee so it goes everywhere when you unpack. So, great product, rubbish company

Excellent advise over phone and text nice order placed very quick delivery

I have my coffee on subscription, which means I can order it as and when I want to suit my usage. I buy a kilo of beans as it is the most economical way of purchasing, keep in an air tight container and it lasts around 4/5 weeks (mostly just me). Flavour is excellent, I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Been looking for a Flair dosing ring for ages. You can buy the machine but not the important accessories. I put in a let me know when it's back in request and a few weeks later in back and very quickly delivered. Thank you Bella Barista.
