At Bella Barista we are fortunate with our in house division (Towability, UK mobile catering manufacturer) to be able to offer a range of skills and expertise not usually found in general coffee machine retailers. It is of continual surprise to us that people will buy machines from internet suppliers that have no provisions or inclination to offer a reasonable after sales service and we are continually asked by people that find they have a machine that is not working (not supplied by Bella Barista) if we can help, but only Bella Barista customers have access to the full Bella Barista afters sales care. Even after two years we continue to ensure you wake up to great tasting coffee each and every morning. Most often we can diagnose common problems and resolve them quickly over the phone or email. We also keep a large number of parts and accessories in stock, that's not listed on the website.

Contacted Bella Barista regarding a failed power switch on my Profitec Move.
My coffee machine was under warranty.
The part arrived within 48 hours and was able to install the new switch myself without having to return the whole machine.

Responsive customer service
I had an issue with a new machine that came with a faulty grinder. Their team was very reactive, starting with a phone call and followed up by several emails that helped find a resolution.

Great service and friendly staff
The people here are so friendly and super helpful when I brought my machine in for a service. They helped me from the car when I dropped it off and to the car when I picked it up.
The service was great too and my machine came back looking brand new and was a decent price.

Profitec Expresso Machine.
Bella Barista are second to none when ordering your new expresso machine. I was worried that such a heavy, expensive product could be safely transported, by courier, without damage. It arrived securely packed and carefully handled by the courier. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Bella Barista for all your coffee related products.

Good customer support, bad delovery
The customer support was extremely helpful and led me through the process professionally, however the package was not properly secured, which caused 2 out of 4 parts ordered, to be damaged beyond use. I'm still waiting for my refund too.

I luv the decaffeinated coffees. They’re so delicious and carefully chosen.
Staff at Wellingborough are so friendly and chatty. No snobbery or pretentiousness at all. They just want you to enjoy what they love too. You can feel their passion. Theyre now my go to for all coffee we drink at home.

My Lelit Elizabeth has come back working perfectly , like new . There was a delay but this was well communicated and compensated for. Very glad I went with these guys. Would highly recommend.
