At Bella Barista we are fortunate with our in house division (Towability, UK mobile catering manufacturer) to be able to offer a range of skills and expertise not usually found in general coffee machine retailers. It is of continual surprise to us that people will buy machines from internet suppliers that have no provisions or inclination to offer a reasonable after sales service and we are continually asked by people that find they have a machine that is not working (not supplied by Bella Barista) if we can help, but only Bella Barista customers have access to the full Bella Barista afters sales care. Even after two years we continue to ensure you wake up to great tasting coffee each and every morning. Most often we can diagnose common problems and resolve them quickly over the phone or email. We also keep a large number of parts and accessories in stock, that's not listed on the website.

I think the range of coffee is great…

I think the range of coffee is great and the company give you good advice if you need it on making coffee at home
I bought my Wendougee espresso machine from Marco which I’m really pleased with the quality of the machine and the espresso it makes us awesome
I particularly like the sailship coffee with the strawberry taste is certainly unique in its flavour

Quick & easy order, excellent service

Ordering process was quick and easy ( I literally just clicked a link on the the product restock alert email), and then the item arrived very quickly. They sent a bag of reject coffee with it too, for me to season the burrs (I bought a coffee grinder).

All in all, no problems, and I'd buy from here again without hesitation 🙂

Excellent

I drove from London to the showroom - a helpful and patient discussion changed all my views on what I thought I wanted, without any upsell. And an excellent cup of coffee from their roaster. Highly recommended

Very good service

Very good service, Ordered machine 10/08/2026 Came two days later (very fast). The box it came in was very heavy (two boxes in one not so easy to get the box with machine in it out of first box on your own. I have not yet had time to set up machine, as i am off on holidays. Anyway Thanks to Bella Barista

Knowledgeable

Always welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful every time I visit. From the quality of coffee beans to being able to view and touch the machines in the shop.

Knowledgeable, friendly service and next-day delivery

Excellent advice and service

Really good experience with Bella Barista. Before buying, I spoke to them at some length about the merits and drawbacks of different coffee machines and never felt I was being pushed towards a particular option. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very accessible, and took the time to answer all my questions.

Once I’d decided what I wanted, the ordering process was straightforward and the machine was delivered the next day.

Exactly the sort of specialist service you hope for when buying this kind of equipment. Very happy to recommend them.

Best Beans - Best Service

I have been using Bella Barista now for over a year now. I take a regular subscription of 4 x250gms of beans monthly. The whole process just runs like clockwork. I have never had any reason to contact them, which in my book makes them one in a million. As for the beans, they are freshly roasted and never much more than a few days roasting age when they reach me. The quality of coffee produced is excellent. Keep it up Bella Barista

Fast efficient service.

Fast efficient service and when I wasn't sure about an aspect of the part ordered, I got a quick response to my email query.
Website needs a bit of updating, I couldn't find the part from searching their website, only found it through a Google search.
More than happy to use them again.
