Great service. Helpful website and very quick delivery

This was my second order from Bella . . and fortunately for me, a small item. For anyone considering a major purchase (like a £2k espresso machine . . I'd recommend you think again).
As the other 1 star reviews make clear, Bella clearly does not consider post-sale customer service of any importance.
On Aug 7, ordered a Porta Filter Handle and spout. (Order #108808)
Items received on Aug 12th.
The order had a number of failures -
* The packaging used was too thin for the heavy portafilter. The package arrived with a Royal Mail sticker staying the package had been damaged in transit and resealed. I had to wash grass clippings off both items in the package, as clearly they had fallen out.
* The items together are defective by design - if you actually use the spout with the portafilter, they do not fit together.
* To add injury to insult, the portafilter did not fit my espresso machine.
On Aug 13, requested a RMA number - which was issued (RMA BCCD802977290)
On Aug 14, item was returned via RoyalMail (tracking number VU437064138GB)
Item was returned by Royal Mail on Aug 17.
On Aug 25th, I emailed customer support asking for an update and refund.
As of Sept 3, I have received no reply and no refund.
I will now wait one additional week and if I do not have see a refund issued to my credit card, I will contact my bank for a chargeback.

I used Bella Barista to purchase my LeLit Elizabeth several years ago. Since then I have ordered small accessories and interesting coffee beans online, from time to time. Bella have always been quick and reliable with their order processing and shipments, and I expect to continue to buy from them for many years.

I really like Bella Barista, even when there's a minor issue they truly bend over backwards to fix it, and quickly.

Order process on their site really simple. Delivered within a few days.

Delivery service was awful. I paid for 48 hour delivery and 5 days later, I still hadn’t received my coffee. This delay meant that I didn’t receive the coffee in time to gift it, as I had originally intended. Certainly wouldn’t recommend using Bella Barista until they rectify this issue.

Despite the fact that we bought one of the best machines in the market. What really made the difference was Marco, who is simply brilliant.
He is incredibly knowledgeable, (takes his time and explains every thing, even if you do not ask questions), supper friendly, clear in explaining technical information, patient, welcoming and helpful. I could write a book on how dedicated and kind he is towards customers whom after three to four hours of time spent may still not buy anything.

If you want a successful business, get a Marco, if you can find one as they are very rare these days.

Decent website, good on the telephone and prompt to deliver

My Meraki espresso machine developed a fault. Nothing major just the temperature probe on the steam wand. I bought it from Bella Barista and seeing as though it was only 6 months old I contacted them. They immediately and without fuss arranged a collection to get it picked up and sent back. They told me that aim for a 15 day turnaround so I didn’t expect it to be gone for too long. Anyway, they fixed it but unfortunately not within the 15 days. I waited a few days longer and then contacted them to check on how it was going. The people I spoke to were really helpful and friendly. When they told me the reason for it taking longer I fully understood and just decided to be patient and wait until it came back. Someone in the company had been taken ill and obviously she is what holds these people together. God bless her and hopefully she comes through the illness that she has. So it took twice as long as expected but considering the circumstances I was ok with that. I am very happy that I bought my espresso machine from Bella Barista and the service they provide. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. On a lighter note they did say they were going to send me a couple of bags of coffee as I was so patient in waiting for my machine. They didn’t send me any. Hey ho. I’m just happy I got my wonderful espresso machine back. Good as new. Thank you Bella Barista.
I now need to amend this review a little. Yesterday (a couple of days after I wrote the original review) my doorbell rang and it was the postman with guess what……a package from Bella Barista. 4 lovely bags of coffee. They kept their promise. Lovely surprise. A big thank you again to Bella Barista.

The delivery was good, I'll let you know about the coffee when I get round to drinking some.

Love to get the Salt Marsh coffee beans when available. But as always the coffee is good, love that it's organic and ethically sourced, that is why I use Bella Barista. The price and delivery are very good.

Great coffee suppliers. Always really friendly and helpful. They take time to recommend coffees to me.

Watched the videos on the product really helpful and when order placed was very quick delivery, easy set up, kept in contact very easy

I bought my Wendougee espresso machine from Marco which I’m really pleased with the quality of the machine and the espresso it makes us awesome
I particularly like the sailship coffee with the strawberry taste is certainly unique in its flavour

Ordering process was quick and easy ( I literally just clicked a link on the the product restock alert email), and then the item arrived very quickly. They sent a bag of reject coffee with it too, for me to season the burrs (I bought a coffee grinder).

All in all, no problems, and I'd buy from here again without hesitation 🙂
