I ordered 2 XL beds for my goldens. Only 1/3 of their bodies fit in each of the beds. I’ve emailed asking for a refund at least 20 times. I want people to know what a dishonest company this is. Out $176.

Don’t do it it’s a total scam. I ordered extra large and got these tiny little beds. I read a couple of the other reviews and it looks like it’s going to be really hard to get a refund as well. And I see that came from Sweden. I fell for it.

I bought 2 7’ x 8’ Christmas banners for the garage door that was almost $90 total. They overcharged me so I wrote to them and they said they would refund me the amount. After maybe 3 weeks, the products arrived. I was so disappointed when I received my order. The material was like shower-curtain thin. What’s annoying is, it didn’t come with the hardware they promised. How am I going to attach this flimsy banner with the cheap hooks they provided that you have to nail on the garage door and eventually tear the banner? The tension hooks they described on their website was a big lie. There were no tension hooks sent with the banners (which was the main reason why I chose to buy from them). So I emailed them again and all they could do was refund me 5USD and that I can keep the product. They were prompt in answering emails. They just didn’t live up to the description they provided on their website for the customers. Very, very disappointing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like others who have posted. Ordered X-large dog bed , received what I would call small. Contacted and they claimed there records show I ordered small one , I disputed this on the grounds of the amount I paid . Second claim after this was I had in fact received an X-Large . Finally agreed to refund if I returned plus postage ( this has taken 4 days )in an unacceptable time frame . This has been a very expensive learning experience . Don’t fall into the same scam as I did.

I’m just sick reading these reviews as I have placed an order which can apparently not be cancelled. When will I learn to check reviews first?

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I ordered an XL dog bed for my golden retriever and he could not even fit half his body in this! Total scam of a company! They offered to refund me $8 which is 10% of what I paid for this product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will keep your money and leave you with a poorly made product that is. Or what you ordered. SCAM!

I agree with all of the horrible reviews. It took over a month to arrive and the dog bed is SOOO tiny. Customer serves awful. DO NOT buy this product.

Purchased large dog bed. Sizing indicated for 60-75 lb dog. When received the bed is for small 15 lb dog. Sent pictures of psalms ad and picture of bed received. Nowhere near the correct size for my 60 lb dog. Sent seller photos of bed with 14 lb dog and it fit them well. Sent seller photo of 43 lb dog in bed and it was too small. My dog is a 60 lb dog. Ad indicated a size large bed should fit a 60-75 lb dog. That is what I ordered. I They indicated they would refund $8. Costs nearly half the cost of the bed to ship it back. These people are scammers!

I ordered a xlg bed for my mastiff pit, ordered in October, finally got it today, December 3rd, and it barely fits my miniature shelty collie. I am so tired of the scammers and china's bs! Will never order anything from Facebook again!

Totally misrepresenting the product they sell. The photos are nothing like the actual product . The sizing is way out and the quality sub standard. Their return policy is a complete lie. After receiving the Bee-flower dog bed I was immediately onto them to return goods and get a refund . They have told me nothing is wrong with my order. No offer of money back, no word about their guarantee. How can they still be accepted as advertisers on Facebook with so many dissatisfied customers that have suffered the same fate as me. I will not give up on exposing them as the scammers they are

This company is a total scam. Ordered an XL bed and received a xsmall. My 80 lb black labs head won’t even fit in this bed. No response from customer service. Don’t trust these crooks. Bed doesn’t look anything like the picture, cheap China crap. Buyer beware.

I have not received my bed at all and it’s been 7 weeks. I keep asking and threatening to report them and they keep replying back with the same message.

I have received that message three times now and it’s annoying that they have taken my money and I have nothing.
Wish I would have read all these reviews first.

This bed was total crap. Just like the other reviews. I ordered a medium size and my 12 pound dog can't fit in it. I'm embarrassed giving it one star.

What a rip-off, I can't believe I didn't look up this before ordering. Everyone is having the same problem...THE SIZE OF THE BEDS. The picture they show is false advertising.

I keep getting a response from them and its the same old thing

"We are sorry for the inconvenience.

How about we give you a compensation of 7USD?

I just put a review on their site and they took it down. We are never going to get compensation. WHAT A SCAM...

Their size chart is way off. Ordered a size larger for my dog and my cat barely fits in the x-large. Customer service is horrible and refuses to make it right.

Same as everyone else - the size is WAY off - I purchased a Large bed for my dog who is less than 50lbs and my 12lbs cat barely fits in it. Same as what others claim - when you contact them - very unhelpful and say it's what I ordered. Will be disputing through Pay Pal. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BED. I don't ever leave reviews but it should be known. I have put in a dispute with Pay Pal. My dog doesn't fit on the XL (based on the measurements on the site he should have) and like all the other reviews the basic response was - that is what you ordered. Also my receipt shows $79.99 and when I went to open the dispute I noticed I was charged an extra $16 for tax. That wasn't what my receipt showed so that is straight FRAUD.
