Clearly do not ever order from this company. Reading these reviews is the only reason I believe it’s actually a real company and not a complete fraud because others have at least received products (albeit broken). First, there’s no indication it’s international until you get shipping info, which said it was coming from Norway. I ordered something December 26, shipping tracked until January 23 when it said the product was in the US. It ceased updates and I sent multiple requests up until February 6. A day later it says I have a new tracking number and the product just shipped from China? Oh yea, now estimated delivery is in April lol. Total scam

This company is fraudulent and will not deliver items.

Fraud company. Minus negative one. I also ordered the car vacuums and they were not what they advertised and I tried to return them. As stated earlier, despite their 100% money back guarantee, they would not provide me an address to return the items. I will contact Amazon as indicated below but I have also made a complaint with the FTC and Publisher's Clearing House, and other games, etc., who sponsors bee-flower's ads.

They sent me a product, 2 in 1 Car Vacuum, that was very low quality. I bought four of them for Christmas presents and tested one. After charging all night, it started losing power after the first minute and never performed like the video on their website. I followed the directions for the return and was met at every turn with resistance to my request for a refund. I read their return rules, and their shipping information, among other things and no help there.
HOWEVER, I HAVE A WAY TO STOP THEM. I looked on Amazon and guess who is one of their third party vendors? Bee-flower.com! I called customer service at Amazon and told them about my experience with Bee-Flower.com, even though I did not purchase the vacuum from them. They took it seriously and are investigating the company. Call this number for a live person: 866-216-1972 to add your complaint to help shut them down. Hurt them in the wallet.

These guys are completely distrustful. Despite the '100% No Risk' and 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' claims, they do not live up to this, and appear to have no intention of doing so. The product is nothing like that presented in the promotions. It barely picks up a tissue. They will not provide a return address for the product and only offer a partial refund ie up to $US8. When I refused their partial refund offer they continued to send the same email claiming 'that is the maximum they can refund'. Completely distrustful. Buyer Beware!

This company is a fraud! They are knowingly sending out products that don't work! The cordless car vacuum won't suction up even one grain of rice! When you request return information, you begin a trail of tears-- they ask for videos, photographs, offer a few dollars when they have robbed me of $60.00 They need to be stopped. Hopefully everyone will file compalints against bee-flower.com for fraud with their state consumer agencies and the Better Business Bureau. Get the word out and hold them responsible. Be sure and contest this purchase with your credit/debit card company. Because the products are defective, the bank will withdraw your money from Bee-flower.com's merchant account and deposit it back to your account.

Ordered a cordless vacuum . I charged it fully and it is not working . When I contacted the seller they wanted me to send a video . Their reply to that is it is a weak vacuum and can only pick up small things like hair !! Their next reply came back as too expensive to return because of expensive postage and will compensate US 5 when I paid US46.21 with postage for a vacuum which is not functioning . I even complained to bee flower but they have not responded

Do NOT order with this company. They ship internationally without telling you and they use terrible shipping partners who seem to lose every parcel they get, and then they will not help you find your package or refund you and file shipping claims on your behalf. You are just throwing money away if you buy with them. (I made the mistake of buying a sofa dog bed from a Facebook ad.)

We ordered a pair of car vacs on December 17, 2022. As of today, January 28- no vacs. Complete SCAM.

I ordered the expandable stick Dec11. It’s now Jan25 and it shows it’s been held someplace in montreal. I’m near montreal and might go pay a visit. Google maps show its an apartment building.

I received a customs letter. It held at the Canadian border in BC.

I waited almost 2 months for the product to arrive. When it did it was the wrong size. I ordered the extra large dog bed. What was sent to me did not match the measurements they posted. I sent them an email and am being told they are out of the office for 2 weeks.

I bought this car vacuum December 10 2022 it arrived January 09 2023 I was expecting what is advertised. The suction is too weak. They billed me $49.00 for a trash. What a bad experience. No refund received for the difference.

If I could give less than one star, I would. It’s a total scam. Other than you will eventually receive your product which is is totally inadequate. The item does not work as advertised. No refund is issued only an apology that I don’t like it even though they shipped me exactly what I ordered.

We purchased 2 devices from the manufacturer. BEWARE: THIS DEVICE DOES NOT PERFORM AS REPRESENTED. It barely has any suction. We are trying to return the devices to the manufacturer, and they refuse to issue a return authorization or provide a return address.

Don’t buy any products from this company under any circumstances. The products do not look as advertised and are definitely not fit for purpose. When you ask for a refund they side step the issue completely and refuse. It’s a total scam.

The Mini Vacuum was not as discribed in video. Poor suction will not pickup a penny. Customer support is very bad. They have a 30 Satisfaction Guarantee but will not honor it with refund unless I pay freight back to China which is very expensive. I will never make another purchase from that company or any other like it. I'm done with random ads on internet and will stick to main web sites like Ebay or Amazon.

Ordered XL dog bed a month ago. Paid 19.99 for VIP shipping. Haven't received the bed, and judging from the other reviews here, I probably won't like it once I get it. Considering myself scammed. I did reach out to customer service, and all I got was a canned response that the order had been shipped. Writing this review with the hope that some people will do their research, unlike me, and avoid the scam. Edit: finally received the bed. It’s cheaply made, but also, as others have mentioned, the size of a cat bed rather than a XL dog bed. Big time scam.
