Great customer service, very knowledgeable

I've had a mattress from bedinabox prior but needed to go to a different type of mattress. It was too firm so who better to get a topper from, right? WRONG!!! Toppers are advertised to enhance the sleep experience and with their cool foam. I weigh 225 lbs and at first the topper is comfortable but you sink right in, limbs fall asleep and the "cooling" is nonexistant. Customer service basically told me to deal with it. For that level of service buy something that costs under $100 from amazon!

Ordered on Monday and delivered Wednesday! How is that for customer service. We haven’t slept in the bed yet but this is our second bed in a box mattress so I know from past experience that we are going to love it.

I reached out to customer service for advice on finding the perfect mattress for my specific needs. The representative who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and provided exceptional help. Based on their recommendations, I ultimately decided to purchase the Azul mattress, and I have been beyond pleased with my selection. I have been using this mattress for nearly a year, and each morning, I wake up feeling incredibly refreshed and comfortable. It's truly been a game-changer in terms of my quality of sleep. I want to extend my gratitude to Bed In A Box for their outstanding product and customer service.

After sleeping on this mattress I find that the coils that stick out at bottom are very uncomfortable when getting in and out of bed.

This is my third BedInABox mattress, and I will never buy from another company! Excellent quality at a fair price. Customer service from friendly, knowledgeable people who obviously love their products and want you to be happy with your purchase. My first mattress I handed down to my daughter, my second I sold because I was downsizing to the Queen I just bought. This has been in the span of over 15 years, mind you. Love the 20 year warranty and that it’s made in the USA. No off-gassing and ready to sleep on in a jiffy. It is moderately firm, yet cradles your body: absolutely supportive without pressure points. Reliably excellent sleep night after night.

First bed in a box company and I’ve been using them since the beginning (2007). I will always buy my mattress from them unless they start manufacturing somewhere else but so far everything is made in the US including raw materials , I just bought an azul (2023) and it’s an amazing mattress . Any other company is just a copy .

Absolutely love our tranquillium mattress for our son!!! We sleep in there constantly it's so comfortable

1. The customer service was excellent. A real person was easy to access on the phone and was very helpful.

2. The Azure (?sp) foam mattresses are perfectly comfortable for both me & my wife Just the perfect degree of softness for us. Their density seems similar to our previous posturpedic (?sp) matress that we replaced while downsizing to move into a retirement home.

3. The frames are just OK. Not too difficult to assemble; functional but not pretty.

4. I have same problem with sheets on the bed in a box mattress that I had with other foam mattresses. I can not get the sheets to fit tightly on the mattress with out them bunching up each night.

5. We purchased 1 twin bed set and 1 double bed set and have been using them for 6 months.

Customer service did a great job getting our bed to us quickly and handling a refund on a torn sheet.
Our 4th bed from them and always a great purchase!

When I first heard that name I thought how good could such a thing possibly be? After much research decided to try them out, glad I did, they’re a great company! Reliable and excellent customer service.
Also, important - their mattresses are made by them, are eco friendly allergen and toxin free. No off-gassing to deal with right out of the box or later on, which is apparently a big issue customers have with other companies making similar mattresses.
My first purchase with BIAB was the Original mattress which lasted about 4 years before becoming uncomfortable.
My second purchase was the Azul mattress at a higher price point and superior quality. So far it’s lasted longer, 6+ years.
Have found these to be far better than box spring mattresses in terms of comfort.
For those who find they sleep hot: the advantage to these types of mattresses is needing fewer blankets (one top sheet and a light cotton quilt) and sleeping more comfortably due to less weight from multiple blanks and quilts, especially in winter and can use the same type of light blankets year round.

I needed a quality, affordable mattress and I needed it fast. Bed in a box delivered, and I have been sleeping great. Thanks again!

Delivered on time, the day I moved into my new home. Got to my new house, spent less than an hour unboxing and assembling my new bed. First nite in my new house, spent in my new bed, getting the perfect nites sleep.
