Customer service was very helpful suggesting a topper for our bed in a box mattress that was almost 10 years old. Needing something to soften it up. Also bought a sheet set that we’re very happy with.

I was purchasing my 4th mattress from “Bed in a Box 📦 “ I originally chose this company years ago because of the simple plain spoken advertisement no fluffy come on just open honest statements about their products. I was so impressed I decided to take a chance on them. I’m so lucky I did we have had almost Thirty years of wonderful comfortable rest. Now 4 mattresses later I’m happy to say I am still sleeping comfortably and waking fully rested on my beautiful Bed in a box 📦 mattress. It just doesn’t get any better than this. After much research, ordering from BedInABox was one of the best decisions I have made when purchasing a new bed. Their website is user friendly. The bed and foundation shipped quickly with all products described (including pillows). The mattress assembly was simple and the foundation was fairly simple. The ORIGINAL mattress is SO COMFY and we are very happy customers!! Also LOVE that it is made in the USA!

Bed box is wonderful love everything they sell

I love this bed, but am somewhat displeased with it, too.
At 64 years old with the usual morning aches, I genuinely feel better sleeping on it compared to our old inflatable bed. In that regard, it is by far the most balanced and comfortable mattress we have ever owned.
My disappointment is that we didn’t invest the extra money required for the “CoolRest” model that apparently helps body heat dissipate. During the summer months, the Azul we purchased is like sleeping in an oven mitt some nights, even with the AC going strong.
Aside from that, “Made In USA” is one of the primary reasons we chose it, it arrived 3 days after we ordered it, and it magically popped out of the bag to fully flat and firm in seconds. I am a light sleeper and sleep much more soundly on cool nights than I used to. If you don’t sleep hot (which I never thought about before,) it is a great mattress.

I just love my new bed! My husband was hesitant at first. After sleeping on the bed, he was sold. He is a big man and was afraid that the bed wouldn’t hold his 400lb. I can’t even feel when he moves. I recommend BedinABox to anyone looking for a good nights sleep.

This is my second mattress for BedInABox. Obviously, we must really like the mattress; it's the same as the first! Comfortable sleep. What more could matter? It arrived in perfect condition. Well worth the very reasonable price. The 2 pillows were a nice bonus.

This is my second #BedinaBox. The first lasted 14 years before it developed a 'dip' in the middle. It was only a 9" mattress and I am a bit 'heavy' for my size.
The new one is an 11" mattress and was truly beautiful to look at, in its new, blue mattress cover. The pillow included was a bit fluffy and soft for my taste, but it makes a nice addition to my 'sitting up' collection. The price was the same as 14 years ago, a very pleasant surprise!

I am very satisfied with the Customer Support we received when the Bed frame I received had missing parts. The new frame got shipped out but I was not going to get in time but they were able to stop the delivery and I got a full refund. Great Customer Service.

We have purchased a mattress, a topper, and gel pillows from bed in a box. We could not be more pleased with the customer service or their products. I can recommend this company unequivocally!

Super easy to assemble, and very strong

I highly recommend Bed in a Box! Very comfortable and easy to set up. This is a second purchase for us. Our first Bed in a box is 8 years old and still in excellent condition. We moved it to the guest room to upgrade from queen to king. Also made in USA.

Bed in a Box is a great company. So is their mattress product. Their support staff is very well versed. Like any consumers in the USA, since this is where the bed is produced, I would love to see the price come down a little. This is the ONLY reason for 4 my star rating. Otherwise I recommend all individuals to check out this product. The bed does not require a box spring, it’s delivered free, and being compressed into a box very easy to set up on your bed frame. Perfect! Thanks.
