The mattress was shipped quickly. arrived in good condition. We are very pleased.

Super simple to set up. with the basic frame. The mattress is very comfortable for our 15 year old son. While it was one that expanded after you take out of the box, it did not have any crazy odor. The basic frame is sturdy. No squeaks.

Bought original bed in a box mattress over 20 years ago. Loved it. Bought the 3” topper just recent. Enjoying it now, thanks. Great service, quick delivery, very satisfied.

I LOVE this mattress. I stayed the weekend at my aunt's house and she had a BedInaBox mattress. The mattress I had was only a few months old, but I was still waking up with some pain. After one night on my aunt's spare mattress I had zero pain and I had to have one. To top things off, I had to contact customer service before the mattress even arrived because FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Their customer service representatives are also wonderful!

I ordered a King Azul Oct 13, 2023 from Bed In A Box and it was delivered Oct 18. I opened it thinking it would need to air out for weeks to get rid of VOCs, but to my surprise, there were no odors or VOCs at all! The mattress was ready to be used that night. I ordered a Medium Soft. It was much firmer than I expected, but I have 120 days to decide if it is too soft or too firm to exchange with a different model. I am very happy with it, particularly since I am very sensitive to VOCs and have had a problem with every other mattress, topper, or bed frame we have bought.
