Sleeps Great

Almost 19 years ago we bought our first Bedinabox Original mattress. This was at the recommendation of our chiropractor whom had researched the best mattress for back care. We have recommended this mattress to friends that are equally pleased with their mattress. Recently we replaced our mattress with a new Original mattress and are just as happy with the support and comfort of the bed. It’s even cat approved!

Everything about the process was easy, and it’s the best mattress. This is our second Bed in a Box and it won’t be our last.

Just recently we bought our third bed from Bed-in-a-Box. The first bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept on. The second bed was for our guest room and our guests all want to know where we found it, so they could buy one. Our recent bed was a duel hybrid and is even more comfortable than the others (which we didn’t think was possible). Our sales rep was Jeanine who was great. Lots of knowledge and patience. Our experience with Bed-in-a Box was good (as they all were over the last twelve years). We will buy from them again if our beds ever need replacing. Also, a big plus is that aside from their quality, is their affordability.

Great product

I received my mattress and foundation in excellent condition and it was easy to assemble. The mattress is great but it took about a month for my broken body to get used to it, I’m sleeping better and more sound sleep. Jenean with customer service is awesome and I appreciate her service. So far it’s the best bed I’ve ever slept on!

We had given a review and I am now changing it to reflect the care that was received from the company. We were reimbursed by them for the difference in price
that was offered a few weeks after our purchase. Janine responded to me after I posted our review and refunded the difference to us. We are very happy with the mattress and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and comfortable mattress. Most companies would not have taken the time to even respond to us. A great company to do business with. Janine is the best!

Great Customer Service and a very comfortable mattress.

We bought a mattress from BedinABox a number of years ago and we love it. When we got a second home we got a different mattress. Bad decision. We went back to BedinABox and found out what we had purchased years ago. They had the info. We purchased a Tranquillium for our second home and we love it.

The ordering process was easy and everything went smoothly. The beds arrived on time as promised and were a breeze to "unpack". They are more comfortable and better constructed than the "N____r" beds we had tried before. They were supposed to be rated for a "medium to firm" but they didn't hold up very long at all. Won't make that mistake again! Well worth the price!

Love my new bed.

I had a new hybrid mattress for about 4 months that had a 12 month return policy. I was unhappy with how soft it was despite being represented as medium firm but kept it as long as I did because finding a comfortable replacement at my price point was difficult . Then I slept on a BedInABox mattress at my son’s home during a visit. I had never even heard of the brand, but that was it for me. I arranged the return of my soft mattress and ordered a BedInABox shortly after.

What any potential buyer should know: The original is a firm memory foam mattress with a regular price of $700 for the queen size. I was fortunate to get it on sale for $550 + tax, free shipping. It arrived 5 days after my order, was easily unwrapped with the help of my spouse (weighs ~85 lb) and I slept on it that same night. I sleep hot, and there is no cooling effect, but comfort outweighs any temperature negative. I weigh ~140 lb, sleep on my side or back.

Since my purchase, I’ve been telling people about my great new mattress, and two different people told me they have the same mattress and love it. I will write a review only for things at either end of the spectrum, awful or fantastic. This mattress qualifies—comfort and price.

I called BedInABox and got very good information and advice about one of their mattresses that would solve my sleeping problems. I ordered it and it arrived several days ago. The mattress was just what I needed. I have had several nice nights of sleep. Thanks for your information and your mattress. I would highly recommend BedInABox.
