I raised a request to change my email account, and the support was terrific in solving a conflict to make it happen, and just renewed my subscription because Beautifil has a great performance in what I need in day-to-day business

Very positive experience with customer support. I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription, reached out, and they refunded me almost immediately. Fast, kind, and very understanding service.

Avoid. Very sneaky on billing with no emails or warnings of when renewals are occurring. For the price, you should instead look at Genspark, Gamma, or at this point - just use Claude, which has pay as you go pricing.

I have been using and testing beautiful.ai for about 3-4 months and naturally have both likes and dislikes.

Likes:
- It is intuitive and did not require that much time for me to understand how to use the various features without even going through the manuals. Naturally, there will be individual features and peculiarities which you do need to work your way through, but overall, it is really intuitive to use.
- It not only saved a lot of time and effort to put together a professional-looking deck, which I believe you would not manage to do with PowerPoint. The library of stock pics and AI features are awesome.
- You can comfortably convert the deck into PDF or PowerPoint (however, as pic...the conversion to an editable PowerPoint version does not yet work well due to fonts, formats, etc.).
- Overall, an appealing and intuitive user interface.

Dislikes:
- As mentioned above, if you are used to PowerPoint, the conversion of the slides from beautiful.ai to PowerPoint still does not work well and requires a lot of manual adjustments.
- Poor help function: I find the Q&A (too basic) and help function quite poor (see next point)
- Client service function is subpar (unfortunately). The email response time is a few days. They're not catering to an international audience; live video demos are only available in the Middle Eastern Time Zone. I am based in HK, so I would need to join at 2/3 am my time. Also, there was no video recording, which is basic.

Despite the shortcomings I beautiful.ai still makes my life easier hence I will continue to use it and hope that, as their client base grows, they can become more client-centric.

I my yearly subscription had renewed mistakenly and I have emailed them requiring a refund with no response from their side at all.

The fact that you've responded to my review prior to responding to my email shows you do not have any intention of a refund, however, I've managed to talk to my bank and flag the payment. You will not be getting a cent!

I feel scammed as often happens with those apps. Requested to cancel within the free trial and was assured that no charges will apply...Well, $144 just charged to my card.

I hate creating decks. I'm constantly playing with sizing and reformatting, wasting so much time trying to get the look and feel right for my audience. Now I can simply provide the content, and beautiful.ai does all of the formatting for me, saving 90% of the time I previously spent putting a deck together and allowing me to get back to the aspects of my work that actually matter.

Very kind and professional customer service. Ken was especially helpful and efficient. Great support and overall excellent service. Highly recommended.

I've used Beautiful.ai for many years. It's just SO much easier and more useful than Powerpoint or other alternatives I've tried. I've made countless presentations and brochures with it.

It makes laying out a slide SO easy and it prevents you making poor design decisions without realising it.

I am constantly recommending it too!

Funktioniert leider überhaupt nicht so wie man sich das vorstellt.

Ist ja schön, dass es Vorlagen generiert aber manche sind auf Deutsch manche auf Englisch und man muss noch viel verbessern.

Mache es lieber manuell geht schneller..

Konto lässt sich leider auch nur löschen sobald die Kostenlose Lizenz abgelaufen ist. Echt nervig….

Shady business model AND the AI is not reliable. It repeatedly fails to do as instructed (I wanted content on one slide and it repeatedly gives 10-12.) When signing up for a plan it says you will be refunded if you cancel but they DO NOT refund (Edit: after posting here a refund was suddenly processed.) When seeking support you must talk to the chat bot. When you ask for a real person it says you will be emailed and then cuts you off so you cannot even ask a question about an unrelated topic.

I think this platform has a lot of potential but it’s not intelligent for an AI tool. I tried to give it multiple chances but it didn’t respond well to my prompts. They also charged me for 144$ for an entire year which even if i did approve, they should be required to notify me at least 1 day before. I sent them an email asking for a refund within 5 minutes of receiving their invoice so I’m crossing my fingers for a full refund, otherwise i’m screwed

Bad customer service, if they take a payment and you try to get a refund they will refuse so don't sign up. The app itself is average.

Easy to use, easy to share, and easy to create, great site!

I signed up for Beautiful.ai to test the service during the free trial. I did not actively use the product after that and didn’t realize the subscription had renewed for a full year.

Once I noticed the charge, I contacted support and cancelled the subscription. I politely requested a goodwill refund, but I have not received a response from support since then.

The product itself maybe interesting, but not for me, I don't have needs for it. The billing experience and lack of communication from customer support have been disappointing. I hope the company improves its refund handling and response times. Still waiting for reply from Maria Raffaelle (Beautiful.ai CS agent)

Charged a renewal subscription that I did not opt in for. Immediately asked them to refund and cancel and have not had a response in over a week. Have tried following up mulitple times. Customer service is non-existent.
