It saves me time so I have been loving it lately. Designs are good and brand kit feature is a saver. I dont need to make everything by hand.

I make a lot of presentations for work, so I'm always looking for the ways to save time searching for new tools. tried Decktopus on a tight deadline and it genuinely helped me. Got a solid structure right away and only needed small edits.
What normally takes was done in 15 minutes. I am really impressed.

Also, I liked the branding features. You can set up the colors, fonts, and logo once and everything stays consistent. I have been using it regularly since then and its very reliable.

Misleading Cancellation Process – Unethical

I attempted to cancel my subscription and pressed the cancel subscription button. Instead of completing the process, I was taken to a feedback form. Assuming closing this would finalise cancellation, I exited — only to discover two months later that I had still been charged (two receipts arrived at once by email).

Only after digging further did I realise the actual cancellation path is unnecessarily complicated:
- Access account to access cancel subscription page
• Press 'cancel subscription' button
• Get an offer - press 'cancel subscription' again
• 'What can we do better?' page pops up(not told filling this out is necessary to cancel)
• Only then are you taken to another cancellation page. Need to select 'cancel subscription' again
- Then taken to a page with a button saying resubscribe

This design is deliberately misleading and seems aimed at catching people out and securing extra payments. It should not take four steps, hidden behind a feedback form, to cancel a subscription.

I have requested a refund for the two months wrongly billed and will escalate if it is not resolved promptly.

Unethical, confusing, and unfair to customers.

The software was developed with the help of the early buyers on AppSumo, who risk their money on software that they believe could be good. However, the opposite is usually the case. When they bought it, they were promised that they would be able to use all features, including future ones. Excluding these users from the business plan and making them pay for this feature again is not right and breaks the promise made.

Not impressed at all. I couldn't even upload a power point presentation to use as template; I could do it with other software. I canceled the subscription within 10 minutes but when asked for a refund they said the can't do that. So, beware of this before signing up. Others, I found out later, have free trials or basic free versions of their software that you can upgrade later if you like it.

Yes, the software works. But the experience of dealing with your team has been so miserable, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I requested a refund — not because the product sucks, but because I never want to have to contact your support team again in my life.
