It was so easy to do on line and the transfer went through within a couple of days.

I had no issues with my M and S credit card since I’ve had it
I’m loving the points you get and little rewards
If I’ve ever had a question it’s been answered promptly
It’s great to get money rewards too if you sign up for one
Just waiting for my £40 M &S voucher reward for spending £150 at M and S in the first few months

M&S great credit card choice!!!

This card offers great rewards! Also provides notifications of spending!For older people like me app is easy to use!!!

Customer service good however if you have a separate account with an alternative bank the process is more involved than usual. However would be happy to recommend but with caution.

I've been an M&S bank customer for many years. Now unable to get in touch to discuss a distressing matter. Their telephone answering system says they are too busy so use the App to "talk to us". The App brings up Error 1007. I don't know if this is due to the full takeover by HSBC or just how they have become. Certainly not the friendly helpful people I've dealt with occasionally over the past years! I will pay my account off and close the account.

Finally got Complaints agent call me after raising issues on Trustpilot & emails.NOT bland as before, but full on stonewalling - "hear what you are saying, and thanks for the positive suggestions but we are happy with our systems & processes even though they don't work for you!" No we won't flag prompt paying customers from getting unnecessary reminders; we won't change to a more open email script meant for late or non-payers; we won't change IT to allow after initial validation for webchat to continue without sign-on account dropping; we will not register payment any faster like other Credit Card firms so your statement balance remains negative/unpaid for days.
So basically we won't move to 21st century business to reflect customer needs!! My response to this is to raise as a next step with the Banking Ombudsman, perhaps in the hope of dragging this Bank to a modern era!

As both Customer Scvs & Complaints agents have either given a bland reply followed by stonewalling as a final response, I'm escalating the issues for independent Ombudsman review in order that senior management move to 21st Century Customer focused thinking! Please kindly spend more time proactively supporting customers rather than pushing PR & Marketing positions to increase short term profit over long term satisfaction & service!!

The online app is constantly having issues when trying to make a payment to my card! It's frustrating and I refuse yo set up a direct debit.

Statements come on time, and are relatively straightforward to reach on the M&S website, albeit with codes from the App page needed for access.

Love the points for using my credit card. It’s always good to receive rewards!

Helpfull in shops get my coffees and £25 to spend in store by paying )10 a month get twice a year the only problem I have is can’t spend my £25 because can’t use in sale got to pay full price don’t know why

I’ve just entered a competition though Marks and Spencer’s credit card to win tickets to the BBC Proms. This is a fabulous opportunity and it was so easy to choose which event and enter. It’s a really good credit card with so many different oppportunities whether shopping, getting travel currency, or going to concerts. Thank you

Have had my card for donkeys years, and no probs - use it for all things in store and outside, also for travel money.

I use trust pilot constantly due to so many scam companies popping up all the time - it comes out tops every time

Always very helpful and reacts with urgency to any concerns you may raise with them and looking after you as a customer is paramount.

I am getting use to the new changes to M&S Bank and the app. Things can't stay the same for ever and we have to accept that. As a more mature customer and user I feel I understand all the new features.Have never had any problems with my payments,which I do online from my own personal bank a/c.Long may this continue. I am sure if I did have any problems there would be numerous ways I can get help. You just have to use your common sense.

Easy to use with bonus points for shopping at M&S what’s not to like?

I have had the credit card for a number of years and find it very easy to see my use on the app. Any issues with payments or queries are effectively sorted by the team when you ring them. They are very helpful. The rewards are also good if you shop mainly in Marks and Spencers.

It’s a very good credit card loads of extras with all vouchers I get just for using my credit card 💯 % worth having one

M+S is a favourite of mine. The service is always friendly + helpful + I feel as if my custom is important to them.
The clothes are good quality + good value + they cater for all ages.
The food is also good quality + there is a good variety.
Beauty + home is of the same good quality + there is plenty for every taste.
The reward credit card is unlike any other + the benefits are multiple.
For many reasons it is my go to store.
