I find M&S Bank to be extremely useful…
I find M&S Bank to be extremely useful in my shopping arena . I shop regularly every week at M&S using my bank credit card. My experience of dialogue with the bank, when this has been appropriate, has been very favourable and any issues I have had have been resolved quickly.

M&S credit card check the rewards before you sign up
M&S credit card appears to give more than other cc’s , however it’s just the same. Points and rewards as promised. Recently the coffee vouchers for Members have become useless, our cafe has closed and all the other stores cafe’s close at 4, I’m still working. M&S has eroded its own reward scheme to make itself level with other cc . Take your choice.

It always works well. M&S Food Store used to be my
corner shop, but I have moved to London but I can still manage to walk to a BP Garage where there is a small selection of M&S food, so thank goodness for that.
I am 87 & have Arthritis, so it`s a Saviour.

Good credit card which arrived super quick after I applied. Get lots of time to pay off without interest and the app is easy to negotiate and makes it easy to pay off amount owed on time by sending you a reminder just before payment is due.

I am a senior but find the M&S App easy to use and if I have found it necessary to call Customer Service and speak to a person on the end of the phone they ( or a lady I spoke to) was efficient but at the same time she was cheerful and friendly to talk to. This made a great impression and would keep me and others coming back so although AI must seem convenient no replacement for the real human voice.
