Bambinos & Beyond Anmeldelser

I have used bambino’s and beyond a couple of times now and can truthfully say that there service is unmatched , I wanted to know if they were going to be stocking a pram that hadn’t yet been released , they contacted me to let me know when it came in stock and posted it out to me the next day.

My order arrived after following the courier online It was delivered at time and the driver was really nice and sociable
The actual baby swing is totally stunning I cannot wait for my grandson (not born yet ) to use it. The colour combo is very modern, the sounds it plays are great.
All.round great product and service

Absolutely love our pram and it was the cheapest price we found. Lovely customer service 👌

Excellent service great communication fast delivery very happy highly recommend!

Honestly the best experience ever. Item arrived so quickly , exactly as described , website was easy to navigate and pictures were detailed. Love the fact the warranty on our pram starts when the baby arrives rather than date of purchase - Thankyou!

Great service from start to finish, easy to order, updates on delivery and a wonderful product.

Thank you so much

As a first time mum, I have been really overwhelmed with all the things I needed to buy for baby.
I came here with my mum at the start of January just to browse the selection and get an idea of what I like/need, and ended up making a huge purchase of just under £1000.
The shop itself is absolutely rammed with choice and different brands and show rooms, i was completely taken aback, and stuck for choice. Luckily, one of the ladies took the time to help me, explained some of the deals and showed the colour schemes and I felt confident enough to buy it near enough immediately. It was such a lovely experience and will definitely be back for more things.
They explained delivery may take a few weeks (which it took around 7), but they reassured me through emails that the items were on route and within a few days after the email, it was delivered.
The items are a beautiful quality and I’m so pleased with my informed choice. Thanks so much!! <3 (Cosatto Wow 3 Everything Bundle)

I recently purchased a bedside crib mattress from Bambinos & Beyond and I couldn't be happier. The mattress is perfect—it fits the crib precisely with no gaps, and the quality is excellent.

The delivery was impressive; it arrived very quickly and I received regular updates throughout the process, so I knew exactly when to expect it.

What really set this experience apart, however, was the customer service. I actually made an error on my side, mistakenly thinking I had ordered a different item from them. Despite the confusion being my own fault, the Director was incredibly quick to respond. They were so helpful and went out of their way to try and resolve the issue for me immediately, even though the mistake was entirely mine.

It is rare to find such personal and efficient service these days. I would highly recommend Bambinos & Beyond to any parent looking for quality products and a team that truly cares about their customers!

Bought the cybex solution car seat it is absolutely fantastic-found it here at the best price and it was sent quickly-

I brought a tonies 2 box from here and it's faulty. I sent an email and had no response. I want a replacement this is so unfair I got this for my sons first birthday and when I tried to set up and turn it on it wouldn't even turn on.

Lovely, friendly staff who understood my concerns when my order took a little longer to arrive and were proactive in helping it get to me as quick as possible. My pushchair is lovely and I’d go back here for my baby needs in a heartbeat, I’d also recommend to any one struggling with where to go for their baby needs.

Ordered from Bambinos and Beyond when others were out of items my son needed to help with regulation . I was a little nervous as had never heard of them before . Contact with staff was quick , friendly, Helpful and honestly the best service . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Have a good selection of items. Really pleased with their service.

Was a bit of delay delivering but was kept informed and came as promised

its perfect, really good value for money and a good price, will definitely shop here again

Really helpful staff when I messaged asking questions about a product. Ordering was so easy and arrived the next day. Would definitely recommend this company/shop. Thanks again

Great products, competitively priced and amazingly quick dispatch and delivery

Order pink Tonies and a few add ons waited a week e mailed as no delivery they were waiting for pink nox waited almost another week as no updates they were still waiting on delivery of ink box emails gone back & forward was infirmed deluvery with pink box on its way as they had just been delivered. The whole order arrived next day. Great customer service.

Having made my first 2 orders within the same week. My first had one small issue with delivery (and item was out of stock) but the communication and reassurance was excellent which meant I wasn't worried at all. My second order arrived sharply. And I'm very happy with all my items (rocker, swing, baby bath and insert, cloud sleep aid) excellent prices and excellent service. Will be continuing to use for my soon to arrive first grandchild

Thanks Bambinos for such a great service. I would highly recommend you to others. Very helpful when I asked a question about one of the Tonies packs. Fast delivery.
