Great support with damaged panel replacement
I had a problem with some damaged panels being delivered which I tried to resolve directly with the manufacturer with little success. When I contacted the Baby and Child Store team, they were quick to respond and arranged for the replacement panels to be sent to me. When these also turned yp damaged they were quick again to get a further replacement dispatched with additional protective packaging.
I can't thank them enough for their time and attention with this situation, it was a stark contrast to the service received from Tutti Bambini. Thank you!

Superb customer service
Bought a pram and car seat combo in October to use the black Friday sale. Only tried to put them together in April (when the baby was born), and the adapter was for the wrong model. Contacted customer service, who were very responsive, sent the right model within 2 days. Can’t complain, excellent customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with Baby & Child Store and I’m incredibly grateful for their customer service.
I accidentally selected the non-urgent delivery option when ordering, as I didn’t realise it was set as default. After contacting them and explaining that we had recently been in a car accident and urgently needed a replacement car seat for our child, they were extremely understanding and helpful. They kindly expedited the order for me, which I truly appreciated during such a stressful time.
The Cybex Pallas G2 i-Size Plus shield car seat they sent is absolutely excellent – high quality, very secure, and clearly designed with child safety in mind. The shield system feels very safe and reassuring, while still being comfortable for my child. The quality of the materials and overall design is outstanding.
Thank you for your kindness, fast support, and professionalism. Highly recommended store with outstanding customer care! 🚗🛡️👶

Great products and service.
It was an easy process ordering online and the competitive prices added to the reasons to go with The Baby and Child Store.
We were kept in the loop about delivery and made to feel at ease.
All the furniture was great when I built it. Unfortunately the doors to the wardrobe had been damaged in transit so I contacted the company.
Chloe came back to me was extremely helpful.
A new set of doors were sent out and I received them a few days later with no problems.
Would highly recommend the Baby and Child Store and would like to say thanks to the very helpful Chloe again who was brilliant.

I had to make a last-minute change to my order and one of their customer service agents, Lauren, helped me quickly and efficiently, resolving everything so I could receive my order in time before my trip.

Ordered pram system with someone else…
Ordered pram system with someone else and they let us down. Ordered with Baby and Child store and received the system the next day. This prevented stress and worry caused by the other supplier and so will be shopping with them in the future would highly recommend them
