Backflip made selling items a breeze.

Setting up the pickup window was easy and seamless. Allowing plenty of timeslots and days of the week for any person's schedule. They provided a simple to read list of items that they accepted, as well as answered any questions about items not listed.

There was constant communication and up to date info on when to expect the driver to arrive, what to do when they arrive, and the pick up process was simple. Hand off the items, verify items with a photo, and heard back with my offer within a timely frame. Even when it was delayed they communicated that the offer will be ready by the end of the day.

I would definitely use Backflip in the future for any kind of items I would like to get rid of. A very nice surprise to find while scrolling through Instagram.

After spending hours cleaning out my apartment, the last thing I wanted to do was figure out how to sell or donate everything. This is where Backflip came in and took away that final stress for me! They were communicative about their arrival, thoughtful and all around nice when they got to my front door (even when I had a tons of stuff!). I will use Backflip over and over!

The service was really easy to use and super streamlined - I barely had to lift a finger except handing my stuff to their team during pickup. It was nice being able to sell some home goods that I no longer have room for and make a decent amount without having to do it myself on another marketplace!

Jennifer, the driver arrived on time and that app let me know when she was coming. It was a simple snap of photos of what I was selling and she was on her way. Their offer for my things was fair considering I wanted to be rid of them right away and not wait around for them to be sold and deal with that part of resale. Thanks, I would definitely recommend using their service if you have the types of things they list on their site.

I have been exceptionally pleased with backflip. Courteous and helpful. I was able to talk to the dispatch team to get an idea of when the truck was arriving. My only suggestion is to maybe have a few more people on chat, the wait time exceeded the 5 minute suggested reply time.
I highly recommend using them.

This company really is great. We dragged TONS of stuff out of our crazy crowded garage and had it all out. A lot of it was junk, but I was under the impression They'd take it all. Of course they don't want an old, dirty cow bell! And when the lady that came to pick up and said she couldn't take all of it, I became a real bit**! She kept her cool and was so nice and sweet, despite my constant rude grumblings. She took about 1/4 of what we had out, but the next day the price value came in and I was floored. It was so much more than I expected. That made me very happy and ashamed of how I behaved. I will most definitely use them again!! (and be nicer next time... so sorry!)

First time using back flip saw it on Facebook was a little sceptical but I took a chance glad I did the had a hard time finding my place but we stayed on the phone until he found me he was really nice I got estimate the next 24 hours later Amazon gift card I love this company I'm already on my second sell can't wait to clean house and sell.

So damn easy! Everything happened as the website said it would. They came to me, picked up my product and within 24 hours (business hours, so pay attention!) I had an offer. Once I accepted they sent me the info to fill out to get paid and the money showed up in hours. Can’t wait to rummage through the drawers at home to find more stuff to sell!
