Hello Backflip

My whole experience with Backflip has been amazing. The staff is polite and friendly, notifications sent out immediately and precise, thank you Kathy. Driver Susie has picked up from us twice and she is superb!

My daughter and son in law introduced me to your business this past weekend and I couldn’t be any happier they did so. I was a bit hesitant at first, couldn’t believe that our items would be picked up for free and returned to us should we decline the offer, almost to good to be true. The offer was greatly accepted because it was based off of resale value.

Please keep up the absolutely amazing service, surpasses others for sure. I have already reached out to family and friends letting them know out Backflip.

This was the first time using your services in Austin and I was very impressed with the ease of the process and professionalism that everyone has shown. I definitely would use Backflip again!

My only comment is that there was no room for negotiation on the items. I had my guitar with a case returned to me because I thought $20 was too low of a value. The guitar was in excellent condition and it came with a guitar strap, new strings and picks. I might have accepted $20 for the case but not the guitar and the other items. Anyway, that was the only disappointing thing.

Easy way to make money without all the hassle. Process was simple

So far, I've had good experiences with Backflip, I would like to say that I wish there were more opportunities for more items to consider, like purses, books other than textbooks, and shoes. But other than that, I'm good.

Good experience overall. I was able to schedule a pickup time that was convenient for me, the pickup itself was smooth, and I had a reasonable offer the next day. I chose to go with the consignment option to get a larger payment for my items, so I haven't been paid yet, but so far so good!

Very comfortable experience, the driver came to my house on time to pick up the package and take pictures. I received the offer about the next day, and the price was very reasonable. I chose the amazon gift card to receive the payment, and I received it immediately and redeem it smoothly. I am very happy to use the backflip and going to use it again soon.

Scheduled a pickup last Saturday, February 27,2022. They were good at communicating when I told them I won’t be there from 10am-12pm, but I was going to be there from 11am-12pm. They took pictures of the items I left outside my doorstep. I checked outside and it seemed they left some items even though they took a picture of the items. It made me think they forgot the items. I contacted them letting them know they forgot my items, but it wasn’t the case. I just didn’t read the message on the bottom of my email where it stated what items were left behind. That was kinda confusing, because I was under the impression of getting all my items. However that was clarified. I just barely got my offer today, March 3,2022. I was under the impression of getting a quote within 24hours. One of my items was barely used one time when it was listed moderately use. It was an okay experience and somewhere to get extra small cash.

Backflip has exemplary customer service. The interface is easy peasy to use. The drivers are punctual, courteous and helpful. The prices for resale are highly competitive and the process is bullet proof. I am reaching out to friends and family about Backflip. I am totally satisfied.

I loved the ease, quickness and fairness of this process. This helped me declutter a bit and gave me a little money in my pocket; also very quickly.

Exchange was quick and easy, all I had to do was pick a time slot and they came to me to pick up my unwanted items. I was paid fast, and my unsold items were returned to me. 10/10 would do again.

The process was very quickly and the directions on how to set up the pickup and pricing of items and payment were very clear and concise. Also loved to see driver on way and time of arrival was on point. The driver was very professional who advised me of his arrival and took pictures and picked up my items at front door. Backflip is amazing! I saw an ad for it on IG and decided to give it a try.
The sign-up process was simple, they sent texts and emails letting me know when they were on their way.
The pick up driver took pics and took my stuff. I immediately received an email confirming they picked my things up with pictures of my stuff.
Within 24 hours I had an offer.
It was all very simple.
The only thing I would change is how you get paid. I don't want to link a bank account to my profile and don't always want Amazon gift cards. I know it's old school, but having a check sent by mail would be nice.

First of all let me say how excited I was to find out I can get rid of unused stuff and get paid for it. The process was quick and easy. Within 24 hrs I received the offer options for my items and was paid the next business day. My daughter had clothes building up in her closet for months.

The courier was able to take most things and gave a good price.

Excellent overall experience! Backflip made it super easy to sell all sorts of items - clothing, shoes, kitchen wares, etc. Lots of options for payment without ever having to leave the house!
