If I could put negative stars I would. This company took my stuff never paid me. Returned the part of my stuff they didn't want to some random man in a different town and to this day have not repaid me not only did they give my items to a man I don't know they gave him a 200$ Amazon voucher for my trouble. And then refuse to even consider that they might have made a mistake. I hope that no one makes the mistake of dealing with this company!

I absolutely love this business idea. I donate a lot of stuff so it's nice that I can have my stuff picked up in a timely manner and possibly get money for something of it while the rest gets donated. Very convenient for me.

I think the service they provide is a great a way to get back some money and donate things that are in good condition but due to moving out or any other reason we just through them to the garbage. It can really help other people and you get a lot back. Excellent customer service.. deliveries and pickups.

Don't understand the negative reviews. Backflip was an easy pickup process. I was able to schedule it and get an offer for most of my items pretty quickly. I didn't get an offer on a few items but being able to just recycle/donate was good enough for me. Highly recommend!

Hello! It was very quick and efficient. However I have yet to receive the things I requested to be delivered back to me. That's the 4 star reason as opposed to 5.

Glad I found backflip! I used them to clean out my electronics drawer, and was super happy with how easy they made it. It took me longer to clean out the drawer than to use the service to get rid of some old old iPhones, fitbits and a kindle. Pickup was I believe the next day, exactly as described, and got my payment exactly as quickly as promised! I’d absolutely use again l!

This is an amazing idea! I was a little behind on bills after the COVID quarantine, and saw an ad on Facebook about Backflip. They did a same day pickup for my old smartphones and designer clothes. The nice driver was on time and loaded my things into their car, for me! Thank you for helping me through a tough time by buying my old things!

I have used Backflip a couple times now and they're great! Setting up a pick up is quick and easy, and communication on my items is prompt and clear as well. So far, I've had no issues and will be using them again when I do another de-cluttering! It's great to have a service like this that can help reduce waste by reusing these items.

The pickup driver was kind and helpful. It was a quick and easy process! In half an hour, they packed and sent things for sale, and two days later I received an offer with a price that completely suited me. I'll collect things for the next sale.

I've used Backflip a few times and have always had a great experience. I don't always have time to list stuff on FB Marketplace etc. so this is an extremely convenient option. Their offers are low but the convenience makes up for it.

Hello everyone! I want to say as a woman, I have purchased multiple outfits/shoes in different colors, and tags were still on most and never worn after years later. I purchased them at a great value and didn’t want to get rid of or just give away. Backflip flipped my closets and life around.
I want to commend as well as recommend Backflip as the best way to go when wanting to make a sell or even find other items in demand!
I scheduled a pickup and they arrived as scheduled, on time same day.
The driver was thorough in explaining the process, also polite, and friendly.
The offers on my branded items were great!
I understood from what driver had advised that I would receive a $0 offer for the bin that I put together for donation. So, NO concern there!

I tried Backflip for the first time and was truly amazed at the convenience and simplicity of the entire process!! After seeing an Ad on Facebook, I scheduled a pickup for the same day (which was SO convenient!!!) and quickly gathered my stuff. The driver that arrived was really friendly and professional and helped me understand the process. I received helpful communication even after the driver left which made me feel like my stuff was in safe hands!! When I received my offer, I was so excited and honestly impressed with the diligent details. They sent me a list of all the stuff I sent in with pictures and descriptions and the specific offer for each item. I would have definitely just dropped off my stuff at Goodwill and received nothing for it, so to get a cash offer was a game-changer. I also just love the concept of not having to leave my house! I will DEFINITELY be using Backflip again!!

I saw an ad on Facebook for Backflip and had some old electronics and clothes I was just going to donate and thought WHY NOT get paid for this instead?! SO I gave it a shot and WOW I was not disappointed! The pick up happened on the same day and the driver was so friendly and helpful! I was very pleased with the offer I got on my items. I saved time and not to mention GAS by having someone come pick up my items for FREE and getting paid for them! I will definitely be recommending Backflip to my friends and family, I'm so glad someone thought of this!

Saw an ad for Backflip on Facebook and figured I would give it a try - and I am so glad I did! When I went to schedule my pickup I noticed there were several appointments for that same day which was super convenient! Their driver arrived on time and was very kind and professional. They even bring their owns bins to transport the items so I didn't have to send in any of my own! I had my offer sooner than expected (they say it takes 2 days, I got mine the next morning) and was super happy with the pricing. And I received the funds to my debit card almost instantly! I was able to get rid of some things I no longer used with almost no work on my part. I really can't say enough good things about this experience and I will definitely use Backflip again!

Your drivers are awesome and the turn around is such a wonderful thing. I am moving and clearing out and taking that stress off our shoulders is such a relief. Thank you
