I rarely leave 5 star reviews, I have a very high standard when it comes to on-line services + experiences. That said - I give Backflip a top rating because it was just that - fast, convenient and the customer service/communication was extremely responsive. The $$$ offers on my items were fair market value and I got paid in 24 hours. It's SO much easier than having to do it on your own (like on ebay, or poshmark types of reselling platforms)

I saw an ad and decided to try instead of just throwing away the stuff I had. Courier was courteous and Backflip got back with me that same day with an offer I couldn’t believe! My Amazon gift card ( I choose that since I use Amazon a lot) arrived in my email within 24 hours. I will definitely use again and have been recommending to my friends.

It was very suspicious at first with the idea of someone coming and taking your valuable electronics but i'm glad i took the chance after seeing the reviews! The driver was very friendly and made me feel comfortable giving him my box of old stuff. I got an offer the same day when i expected it the following day! It was more than i expected and i got paid asap! Will definitely recommend them to people just trying to get rid of stuff and get paid for it

I cannot believe this service exists. I saw an ad online, went to their website, scheduled a pickup time and boom Backflip was at my door picking up my old household items I wasn't using anymore. AND I got paid within 24 hours! It was so easy. I have now used this service three times and Backflip never fails to disappoint!

My Reasons is because I have never found another company that comes to you pick up item my sales person was such a doll and had great customer service she explained everything to me in details and made me feel secure about the sale. They came to my house for pick up. They sent me a detailed quote. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. Honestly, with the amount of damage that some electronics had, I am surprised they offered me any money. I am so grateful to get a little back for the $$$$$ I had spent on everything over the years. AND for that pile of electronics to be out of the house and somewhere more useful! I will definitely use it again if needed and have already shared it with friends and family.

I was incredibly happy from start to finish! I sold two brand new HP Chromebooks as well as an iPhone 8. When I was given the offer for my items, I questioned why the offer for the brand new (still in boxes!) Chromebooks seemed low. Instead of just saying that was the offer, Morgan went back to the product review team and asked. He also told me that my (locked) phone would be worth $50 more if unlocked (I had forgotten to do that). They talked me through remotely deleting my data from the phone and cam back to me within less than a day with a new, improved offer! Morgan stated that they hadn't realized the Chromebooks were touch screen, and that would add $50 to each one. Then, I accepted the offer, and the money was in my bank account within 24 hours. I will definitely use Backflip again!

I loved how quick and simple the set up was. I was able to set up pick up same day and by the end of the next day I was paid. I honestly didn't even think my stuff was worth much but was happy with the exchange. The only thing that felt a little unprofessional was that, although communication was on point and minute to minute with the person retrieving it, a pick up receipt of some sort or some card along with company shirt would've felt a little less sketchy. Other than that, everything was very efficient and hassle free.

One thing I would rather have as an option, being able to get my money put on a debit card of my choice but everything was quick,easy and profitable

I got a quote about an iMac computer I was trying to sell for $310. Was completely honest about the condition sent it off and a timely manner, and was denied the amount they offered me for the computer without explanation then asked if I would like to pay them $5 to recycle it for me. When I told them I would like it return to me it was not shipped back to me for two and a half weeks after I contacted customer service four times. Since then they've uploaded the tracking information and it has been "delivered" to the wrong address, and they are not held accountable for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is wanting a legitimate sale. You be better off going to the Eco booth in the mall.

It was an easy and fast process. Easy to get the money once they receive the item.
