We're sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery timeframe. Your order was placed on a Sunday, and while it did arrive slightly outside of our advertised 3–5 working day delivery estimate, it was delivered only two working days later than expected.

We’re very sorry to read this and genuinely regret that your experience felt stressful during what should have been such a special time.

Unfortunately, shortly after your order was placed, we were informed that the original colour you selected had become unavailable with the supplier. We appreciate your patience in agreeing first to wait for restock and later changing to an alternative colour to help speed up delivery following the early arrival of your baby.

However, we would like to clarify that the travel system was dispatched and delivered. We understand there may have been frustration surrounding the delivery timing and communication, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused, particularly while caring for a newborn and two other children.

We certainly would never intentionally ignore a customer, and we apologise if you felt unsupported while trying to contact us. We always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible and appreciate how important reliable communication is, especially for parents preparing for a new arrival. We shared the delivery information with you. This was delivered via DPD to your apartment building.

We’re sorry to read that you were unhappy with your experience and apologise for the frustration caused.

We understand the delay and delivery issues were disappointing. In regard to the courier, we did attempt multiple times to have the parcel successfully delivered. Unfortunately, the delivery address provided was a commercial/business address rather than a residential one, which may have contributed to the access issues experienced by DPD.

We completely appreciate that having to collect the parcel from a pickup point was inconvenient, and we are sorry for this. While courier delivery issues can sometimes be outside of our direct control, we always try our best to work with both the customer and courier to get parcels delivered as quickly as possible.

We’re also sorry if our email communication came across as abrupt. That was certainly never our intention, and we appreciate the feedback regarding how this was perceived.

We genuinely value every customer and are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.

We would like to clarify a few points for transparency. You have been in contact with our sales team via email, and we have replied to your messages to keep you updated. The Avionaut car seat you ordered is dispatched directly from the manufacturer’s UK warehouse rather than our showroom, which is why dispatch timing and tracking are issued by them.

We have been advised that your order has now left the warehouse and is due to be with you imminently. Occasionally, tracking details are released shortly after the parcel has physically left the depot, which can cause delays in receiving the tracking number — however, we are more than happy to chase this first thing in the morning if you would like to email us again.

If you need any help with delivery updates, tracking confirmation, or car seat fitting advice once it arrives, our team is here to help and will gladly assist.

We genuinely regret that this experience has caused you stress and disappointment, and we appreciate you raising your concerns so we can address them.

We have chased this with them as a priority, and we’ve been advised that your delivery is now imminent. This is not true. Your item was on pre order. It was delayed. And you asked for the order to be cancelled which is was. We wouldn't send a cancelled order.
