Fan depuis les début de Baabuk, je constate avec plaisir que chaque nouveau modèle apporte de petites améliorations. Je vis littéralement en Baabuk (oui non pas quand il neige...).
J'avoue que ce n'est pas désagréable d'être régulièrement complimenté sur mes chaussures, à la fois comfy et stylées : )
Toutes mes relations avec l'équipe sont toujours hyper simples et efficaces, le service impeccable.
Et là... ben c'est le summum: des chaussures avec la laine des moutons de l'UNIL ?? my god... J'adore, elles sont magnifiques et top.

Je recommande vivement pour l'ensemble... design, durabilité, service, prix, éthique et culture... sans hésiter.

They look good, hold up well and my fear that they would look clunky on was unfounded. I sized up 1/2 to allow for occasional socks, and have had no problem keeping them on either way. I looked for months to find slippers that checked all my boxes:
Sustainable, cruelty free, comfortable and nice looking.

Weird fit, shoe doesn't really stay attached to your heel. You constantly have the feeling the shoe is falling off.

Be aware of the extra costs when returning, not mentioned on the website very well. Would be better to mention that the shipping costs for returning need to be paid by yourself.

These are cozy, flat O drop,comfy shoes.The toe box is wide and the sole is excellent.They slip on easily and the soft wool has a nice look.They can take a splash and yet are breathable and moderately warm.

Just received my new pair of shoes. There's a major issue with it : I don't want to take them off. They're so cool, I just can't. Think I'm going to have to keep them in bed tonight. No choice.

The customer service is very kind and attentive. If you are writing to them from America, the hours might be different and therefore they can answer the other day. But they definitely respond and take good customer care. I liked the quality of products as well.

Baabuk Schuhe kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Ob in Winter oder Sommer kann man die Schuhe immer tragen. Sie sind sehr bequem, man hat immer warme Füße.

Ordered two pairs of shoes. One needed to be returned because of wrong size. Asked them for a simple exchange. Almost three weeks later, I am still waiting to hear from them or to receive the new shoes. NOTHING! No shoes, no refund, no nothing. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.

Me and my wife were intrigued the first time we saw the advertisement for these shoes online. We, attended quite a few stores, before we found one that still has them in stock. I assume this is due to manufacturing challenges Baabuk has with shipping from Nepal. However, after trying them on, we noticed the “comfort” part of the advertisement of these shoes is a massive exaggeration. The soles of these shoes are crap. One solid piece with no cushioning to speak of. Which is a true shame, because we were quite ready to purchase these to wear for work, as a blend of fashion but but with the comfort of something like a sports sneaker or slipper, and to support our home canton of Valais, as the true Valaisan we are. Unfortunately we cannot do so at this time. If these sneakers/slippers were considered high fashion, we could accept the level of comfort these shoes provide. I recommend that Baabuk work on making these shoes actually as comfortable as a pair of sports shoes, and we could see ourselves buying a pair in the future if this is the case, and a price markup would even be acceptable for it. But until then, we will not be purchasing anything from Baabuk in the future. We rate these shoes 2 stars because while the shoes are indeed fashionable, the lengths to go through to try them on in listed stores are unacceptable, and they are simply not comfortable shoes to wear. Also the return policy online doesn’t work if we simply don’t like the shoes after we have purchased them.

I really love my Baabuk Urban Woolers. They are very well made and comfortable. I especially love that they are made with natural latex and wool, and are made in Portugal. I feel like I can trust Baabuk to be making good labor and environmental choices.

Quicker shipping than I anticipated which was great because I ordered them pretty close to Christmas and wasn't expecting them until after, but they came before! I purchased the men's Sky Wooler and my husband says they're comfortable and breathable which is nice because his feet tend to run warm. He would like a few more color options (I personally love the blue color combination I got him) and for the toe width to wider. He's had them for ~5 months and they've held up great. I will purchase from Baabuk again.
