Beware of hidden duties outside the UK. When my watch arrived I recieved an unexpected bill for import duties increasing the price by 33%. There are no mention of duties in any of the obvious places a... Vis mer
Love the design & quality of the AVI-8 Watches that I already own almost 10 of it that I already purchased since few years ago. Also importantly reliable & trustworthy seller .
Based on the other reviews, I may be very lucky but I've bought two AVI-8 watches and love them. I'm a retired aviation engineer and started my career working on the Harrier (AV-8B) and knew John Far... Vis mer

Nice design and size
Purchased the new Help for Hero’s watch.
Kept informed of the release date and when the item would ship.
Was told the item would be arriving on Monday but it was actually delivered on the Friday before.
Item seems good quality and presentation box was nice touch. Not to big for my medium sized wrist and height of watch is good too. Some are bulky and don’t fit under the shirt cuff. No issues with this one.
I’ve not worn it yet so yet to see how it works out in daily use.

Poor customer service
I bought the help for hero's watch from them and the watch is of good quality for the price charged. The problems started when I tried to put the watch on, the strap was too small, I emailed customer service enquiring about purchasing a spare link, they informed me they don't sell spare links and I'd have to buy a complete strap and remove a link from it, they offered the complete strap at $70, nearly quarter or the price of the watch. I expressed my displeasure and the said they could do it for $60. I find it an absolute disgrace in a time of environmental awareness that I'm supposed to buy a complete watch strap just to use one link. Poor show Avi-8

Poor Quality and Poor Service
Poor Quality and Poor Process. I ordered the watch but it is flimsy and not of great quality, so I want to return. There is also no instruction manual, not even on the site so I cannot work out how to use the thing.
They claim 'hassle free' but it is anything but this. I fear it will cost a lot to return.
Avoid, not premium in any way.

I bought a watch last November. Mistake!
I bought a watch last November as a gift, the watch strap has split and is useless. Ok , so things break. What is very bad is that the company show complete disregard to this despite phone calls and emails. I accept coronavirus is an issue , but asimple email??? So be a little circumspect , watches are ok , just abysmal service when a problem.

Very disappointing
Very disappointed. Not had the watch six months and already the stop watch hand does not return to the 12 position and extremely poor time keeper. After sales very poor. You’ll be expected to pay your own return postage and packaging. Poor customer service email response. Shame as is a good looking watch.

Customer service is better now!
Customer service was a pain in this company for quite a long time. They had only one person (JJ) and she was the only one for the whole USA. So, if you had a specific problem - she needed to contact the management and, probably because of many other customers, she was forgetting or just ignoring you.
But now it changed. They have a team, quite responsive to any problem and now it is nice to have business with them.
And their watches are unique... and beautiful...
