These watches are excellent value for the cost I now own 6 and I probably buy more delivery time is brilliant can’t say how much I’d recommend this company

Beware of hidden duties outside the UK. When my watch arrived I recieved an unexpected bill for import duties increasing the price by 33%. There are no mention of duties in any of the obvious places as you see in other UK sites selling to Europe €. You have to go deep into the small print to find a mention of duties, open shipping details and then you have to select T&C's. The customer service just pointed me to the opaque way to say they have covered themselves legally. Very disappointing with how they weren't honestly trying to show the real cost. I'm sure I'm not the first to complain about this issue and could easily make buyers aware.

I bought an AVI-8 Men's 41mm Flyboy Wingman for about $260 and really liked the watch at first. Unfortunately, after only around seven months of normal use, the buckle hardware on the leather strap failed.

AVI-8 told me that straps, buckles, pins, and clasps are excluded from the warranty and quoted me $70 for a replacement strap — more than a quarter of the watch’s original price.

For a watch at this price point, I expected better durability and better support when part of the strap hardware failed this quickly. I still like the watch itself, but the ownership experience has been disappointing.

Love the watches (I have 5) just wish you had printed guides because i want to better understand all the functions if each watch

I have purchased several watches and have never been disappointed. They are shipped promptly unless otherwise described in webpage. They are well made and bands fit my fat wrist. No issues here

The watch i bought looked good in the photos but less good in reality, and the self winding mechanism is the worst of any watch i have owned, you have to shake your arm off all day just to keep the peice of garbage going, you can easily end up with funny looks, with people thinking that you have the shakes, 😂 I stopped wearing the rubbish after 2 weeks, then gave it away to a neighbour, back to my Oris pilot watch, There are obvious woeful reasons why you won't ever see these"watches" in any reputable high street shop.

I purchased model 4011 (Hawker Hurricane) in May 2025. Within a month I had to return it for repair due to a splintered glass. Immediately after receiving the watch back from repair, it was not working properly. It would intermittently just stop, and the chronograph function was drifting randomly and could not be reset to zero. I sent it back a second time at significant cost for shipping from Australia (about half the cost of the original watch!).
Now a year later in July 2026 the choronograph function is faulty again, and after dropping the watch from a very low height, it damaged the main minute hand mechanism. The watch is now broken.
It would cost too much to send back for repair compared to the initial cost of the watch, and I have been told it is not covered under warranty.

Overall, watches look and feel nice, but their build quality, reliability, and functionality are terrible. Which is pretty important for a watch!

After about 14 months I have spent around AUD$500 on a watch which no longer works. Very unhappy customer.

Ordering was simple and easy. Order was shipped in a timely manner and received in perfect condition. Also, the quality of the watches received were excellent.

I own four of the Snoopy watches, all limited editions. All working great so far, i don't think the advertising was accurate as to what i reviewed. i would like more band options. Delivery took a long time.

When I first got into watches, I initially gravitated to AV-8. I’ve had a love affair with WW2 fighter planes especially the Spitfire. AV-8 has wonderful examples of these watches. I have several and they are beautifully made and work well. I’ve been very happy with this company.

The Snoopy Pilot Error watch is fantastic. The packaging is also great!!!Can ready it very easily and looks great. 5**** and An Aplus+++++!!!.. Thank you!!!
