Hastle free pick up and return, obliging receptionist, good rate

The deceptive practices trying to force you to purchase their insurance. I had my personal insurance card, but the clerk insisted she needed to see my policy. What insurance company requests the policy and who carries their policy. I had to call my insurance company, have them email. The clerk was rude the moment I declines their insurance and made my experience the worst EVER and I've rented vehicles, high end rental agencies and never had these issues. Then I look at the document to see they were about to charge me $1,000 deposit for a regular Camry and when I asked about it, I was told, "if I had purchased their insurance, it would have only been $250. Once again, trying to make you purchase their insurance. HORRIBLE and I'll be writing reviews to every outlet. I've already completed the BBB. Every Customer in the building was complaining about the how horrible Economy was. They have they right name, E-CON

My experience with AutoRentals.com was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I used their service to book a rental car through a company called "Economy Rent a Car." However, this experience turned sour due to a number of issues.

First and foremost, I encountered hidden fees that were not included in the initial booking price. This lack of transparency was disheartening and misleading. When I arrived at the Toronto Pearson airport, I was shocked to discover that the rental location operating under the name "Economy Rent a Car" was actually "Jet Car Rental."

To make matters worse, the clerk at the rental desk pressured us into paying an additional $11.95 per day for extra insurance, claiming that it was mandatory. This abrupt demand caught us off guard, and the clerk failed to explain the situation clearly or provide any alternative options for resolving the issue.

In addition, we had already paid a deposit of $1000, had our own insurance, and were covered by credit card insurance. Despite having arrived at the airport late in the evening, with limited alternative options, we felt compelled to accept these additional charges. This experience left us feeling dissatisfied and thoroughly frustrated with the service provided by "Economy Rent a Car."

In summary, my experience with AutoRentals.com, facilitated through "Economy Rent a Car," was marred by hidden fees, a lack of transparency, poor service, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. I would strongly caution others against using this service, as it significantly impacted the quality of my travel experience.

It was so easy how long is the car dollar Rent-A-Car is right at the airport. I walked across the street and get my car.

This company has worst car rental companies on their site like Rent a Car 4less. Also there is no way to contact Autorentals when the rental car company booked through their site scams you and you are helpless. We had such an experience with Rent a Car 4Less. Stay away from their website, their rents are cheaper because they use scammers who would increase your rental cost with absurd charges.

This company are robbers, they offer you various insurances and add ons which I declined, fuel top up I was charged although I topped up, airport transfer charge not told of etc all of a sudden the respectable initial charge roughly doubled, avoid this company at all costs
