Very good deal, efficient site and booking experience

Website easy to manage. Good display of terms of different rentals, made decision process a bit smoother. Voucher was delivered straightaway. All good so far... we will see how the rental side of it goes.

Clear interface for inputting requirements. Full comparison of car rentals available at location selected. Easy to complete selection and confirmation received from actual car hire vendor as well as Auto Europe.

The rating of the rental company before booking (at the selection moment) was shown as 8.4 of 10. The rating after the booking was paid is shown as 6.4 out of 10. It is unfair to play with ratings of your partners.

Site was easy to follow and book a car

I have used Auto Europe for decades and always I get a great service at a reasonable price. I especially love the full insurance as you don't subsequently get ripped off by hire car companies. Peace of mind and all that.

I have been using Auto Europe regularly for over 10 years now. I have had no issues in all this time. Normally I find their rates to be good and often are excellent. Being able to modify/cancel up to 48 hours before pick-up makes the offering very attractive.

I made a simple mistake and now I cannot change the date get a refund so I lose €119.99

I arrive in Nantes on 23 March 2024 (not 23 November). But when I made the booking online yesterday, the 21st, I did not change the month from November to March. So because of the 48 hour rule I am told it is not possible to refund me.

I will have to make and pay for a new booking. I will not book with Auto Europe again unless you can refund me.

Just ordered our car for next years holiday. All was book the car early to get the best choice. this company is all was very busy as it provides an excellent to all its customers. if you have any questions, as i did last year, they try to answer it themselves and if not the will find you the right answer. I know that if you book with them you will be very happy.

Excellent service and experience in faro portugal

I have rented a car from Turtas for 2 weeks in Antalya, and my experience was very positive. A gentleman picked me up at the airport, and I had a car and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. The personnel is very friendly and spoke many languages, including English and Russian. They also helped me with a small car accident that happened on the last day by assisting with police and medical. I am thankful for their effort. I would definitely recommend them for your trouble-free holiday.

Excelent service, and they provide it a nice upgrade to my booking. Pickup was really smooth and provided all the important information. The rental price was really good and covered my expectations.
