Hassle free great service
The company made the hire of the vehicle really easy and I would recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want the hassle of a big company and all the paperwork that goes with hiring a car
The company are based 30 mins from the terminals at Heathrow and they shuttled my family and I door to door in a very clean and well looked after Mercedes.
Our hire car was excellent, clean, well looked after and very affordable
Overall excellent and very friendly staff and we will be using them again in the future

PER NOLEGGIARE UN AUTO OCCORRE ESIBIRE IL BIGLIETTO AEREO
Ho noleggiato e pagato un auto all' Aeroporto di Palermo, in quanto ho l'auto personale a fare il tagliando. ( come mi capita spesso ). All'arrivo per il check-in a parte i soliti documenti necessari per noleggiare l'auto mi viene chiesto il biglietto aereo, io rispondo che non sono arrivato in aereo ma mi sono fatto accompagnare da un amico. A questo punto i due addetti uno molto anziano e un ragazzino mi dicono che è obbligatorio esibire il biglietto aereo, la persona molto anziana mi dice "perché lei non è che può noleggiare una macchina 9,00 euro per tre giorni,"offrendomi la possibilità di noleggiare la stessa auto per 150,00 euro per lo stesso periodo. Faccio presente che nella e-mail di conferma non c'era scritto che era obbligatorio fornire i riferimenti del volo ma era preferibile comunicarli per l'organizzazione del noleggiatore.

We would like to clarify that for certain airport locations, bookings made under specific rates or conditions may require customers to present a valid flight ticket upon arrival. This requirement is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions, as these rates are often offered exclusively for customers arriving by air.
If a flight ticket cannot be provided, the booking may not meet the applicable conditions, and an alternative rate may be offered by the local rental partner.
That said, we truly regret any inconvenience caused and the manner in which this was communicated to you. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will address this internally with the concerned team.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
The rental was not the cheapest I could…
The rental was not the cheapest I could find, but it seemed to get reviews suggesting it did not use predatory practices. That was not the case. They require 300k in property liability, an absurd amount. The result was that I had to pay and additiona $200 for my $87 rental. This is a scam that I had not heard of before, but I will be diligent in the future to read all of the fine print in the contract. I would not rent from them again.
PS - I should add that I have an umbrella policy that covers well in excess of the 300k required by the agency.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM...I wish I would…
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM...I wish I would have looked into their establishment further as they DO NOT do what it states on their website. They are only a front that directs you to the rental place, and it is here that they "hit" you with all the extras. SO the vehichle seems cheap at the start, but by the time it is said and done it is NOT cheap. Plus their vehicles are NOT new. We had a honda van and it was not clean in the inside and there were panels falling off during our first drive. They were very persuasive in their communication and once they shuttle you from the airport they have you and you really have no choice. The free shuttle is not free as there are fees in your final invoice as well. There were 3 other groups when we returned the vehicle and ALL were not satisfied. One in fact left the car there and returned to the airport at the start of her vacation to take her chances at the airport for a rental. DO not, I repeat DO NOT rent from this company.

We are sorry to hear about your concerns; however, we would like to clarify that our local team has already contacted you by email before charging and provided the breakdown of the AED 1,708 charge, which relates to post-rental costs including traffic fines and road tolls incurred during the rental period. These charges are issued by the relevant authorities and are processed after the rental has ended.
Additionally, there is currently an outstanding balance of AED 510 related to a traffic fine associated with the same booking.

Fraudulent business advertising
We made a reservation for about $10/day, which seemed like a great deal. We came prepared with proof of CDW and liability insurance, but were told that we needed to purchase theirs upon arrival at the car company. We ended up canceling the reservation due to their fraudulent advertising. Do not believe the good deals. Also the wait time at the airport to get to their office offsite took more than an hour. Do not recommend!!!

I have used Final Rentals a couple of times now, once in December 2025 and again in February - March 2026. Scam Company….Do not rent from this company
Upon my arrival at the Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood airport, I went to the Car Rental Center as per the rental company’s instructions to wait for the company’s shuttle. After waiting approximately 30 and still no sign of their shuttle, I decided to call the contact number appearing on my confirmed booking. My numerous attempts at trying to reach the rental company all went unanswered!!!! At one point the company actually blocked my telephone number since now not only could I not reach them but was now getting a message saying that I could not reach them from my calling area!!
By now it had been more than 1 hour that i had been waiting and just feeling stranded and helpless!!!
I started asking other shuttle drivers if they knew of a company by the name of FINAL RENTALS, and the response was negative.
At this point, after almost 2 hours, I decided to ask a shuttle driver from another company to take me to their offices where I ended up renting a car at more than 3 times the cost!!!
This review has for it’s purpose to hopefully prevent someone else fall in a similar situation!!!! Obviously this rental car company is a total SCAM IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA AREA!! I also did reach out to them via email on that day to which they replied that someone was going to contact me shortly. They never did!!!

New cars, great staff, good communication
The staff is very polite. The shuttle drivers as well. All enquiries were promptly answered. Communication on WhatsApp were very helpful with immediate replies. They also accommodated a different drop off location. The car was brand new and clean. The terms and conditions were clearly explained.

2000 Mile UK Road Trip with Final Rentals (Feb 26)
We recently rented a Kia Sportage Hybrid from Final rentals during our 10 day trip around the UK.
Rental process & collection was very easy. Great price and car was in good condition on pickup.
We particularly appreciated the lower young driver fee compared to other rental companies.
We did approx. 2000 miles which was inside the allowed mileage (2500 specified on rental) and had no issues with the car.
Drop off was very easy and straightforward, shuttle service to the train station was an added bonus.
Overall highly recommend final rentals and would definitely use their service again!

Solid Offering and Service
They gave us very competitive rates and a wonderful new hybrid vehicle to use. The collection process was a bit long but not unique to them. Drop off was seamless and quick. The airport return was wonderful with drivers friendly and helpful in Mercedes shuttles. Paula at the Windsor branch is very friendly and makes the process feel comfortable.
